Go early, or they may be sold out! The chana masala is also excellent. Many gluten free options!

Decent option near the Convention Center. - Edit
One of the few vegan options right by the Convention Center. Don't expect to get a seat, and if you go at lunchtime, it'll be busy. Good curries, though.

Vegan Indian food options at the Reading Terminal - Edit
Very friendly people with different array of several daily vegan options that also includes at least one vegan bread. It is inside of the Reading Terminal market.
