Breakfast of champions: vegan donut and breakfast sandwich with homemade patty.
Read moreAll of the donuts I saw were vegan (from Cartems). Both cake and fried varieties. Good espresso and matcha lattes.

Read moreOn the other hand, the grilled veggie sandwich was a bit meh, the bread was not really grilled, the veggies more of a paste, and the whole thing was a bit dry with no sauce or anything.
Oat milk $0.30 extra, less than some others, but still.

Great oat latte - Edit
I mainly come here for the oat latte which I find very rich and creamy. The brownie cookie with toasted hazelnuts and salt flakes is really good. Have not had their sandwiches but they look great.
