The vegan sushi was super good!
Read moreHowever, even if in the menu says "vegan", you have to let them know to make it vegan, otherwise they will give you non-vegan mayo.

This vegan sushi deserves 10 stars. The rice was perfect and the way the mixed the flavors with the fruits was so amazing. The presentation was beautiful and the staff is super friendly and kind. I highly recommend.

Hubby loved the seaweed salad and sushi (nigiri avocado and hoso moki oshinko) the spring rolls, gyōza and pad thai were also delish.
A defo recommendation for those having a wee Brugge holiday/break, just round the corner from Grote Markt / Market Square so an easy find

Great vegan sushi - Edit
While it wasn't on the menu, me and my partner both ordered the veggie sushi dish (not the sushi boat). We asked for vegan (basically regual with no egg/mayo) and the waiter immediately said vegan is no problem at all. It was a bit of a wait, we got served after our friends who had regular meat dishes, but when seeing the sushi I understood why. I didn't take any pictures but we both got beautifully decorated and varied sushi! There were rolls decorated with slices of plum with daikon, an inside out roll, and some other with almost all different veggies. Very creative and definitely made with care. Recommended!

Lovely owners and delicious food. The Pad Thai was a bit oily, but I actually didn't mind because the overall flavor was bomb 🔥
