Just confirmed the comment below sadly. Everything- veggies and tofu included are cooked in chicken broth

Expensive and limited vegan options - Edit
This tiny container of veggies was over $10!! Also, 2 different workers stated they were "pretty sure" the chow mein used egg noodles and wasn't vegan!

Big portion with no protein - Edit
This is a kind last resort thing. They have a Garden plate on the menu which is vegetables with rice and noodles. I was super hungry when waiting for my correspondence and was tired of sandwiches and cold snacks. The taste of the plate was basic and the portion was huge
