Chicken in my tofu :( - Edit
There was a hunk of chicken in my banh mi with tofu (no mayo). I know it's a risk in a shared kitchen, but I didn't notice until it was in my mouth. Also, there was something wrong with the cucumbers... they were extremely bitter, and I'm a cucumber lover!

Underwhelming, but Good Enough in a Pinch - Edit
There is only one item labeled (v) on the menu, which is the tofu bahn mi. The cashier stated that this was vegetarian but could be made vegan, so I ordered it vegan. Another reviewer commented that their bahn mi had mayo, and mine did not, so I would assume the mayo is not vegan.
Read moreUltimately, I ended up consuming a dry white French loaf with unseasoned tofu, cucumber, carrot, jalapeño, and cilantro. The best word for it is underwhelming. But at 9:30 at night when Floret is closed, it was good enough.
Pros: At least they labeled the one vegetarian item, The cashier knew it was vegetarian and not vegan
Cons: Literally only one vegetarian/vegan option, Unimaginative, Absolutely minimum effort

Glad I found this spot! - Edit

Read moreI tried to verify that the lemongrass tofu bowl was indeed vegan and this time the cashier told me that the noodles are cooked in chicken broth😒You can still order with rice which is vegan. The man at the counter also spent about 15 mins grilling my mom and I about why we are vegan and tried to challenge us — a very awkward and uncomfortable interaction, especially since he help up a long line of irritated customers. Food was good.
We got to the airport too late to try Floret, but happy to find this little place. The menu online is marked with a V for vegetarian options, but the person assured us there were no animal products in the tofu vermicelli noodle bowl. We passed on the sandwich since you’d have to remove the mayo to make it vegan. Very satisfying meal! The tofu had excellent flavor and while it couldn’t compare to a homemade meal it was definitely the best option for us at the airport. Plus, it was speedy quick even though the place was packed.

Super tasty and quick but iffy on ingredients - Edit
We got the vermicelli noodle/lemongrass tofu grill bowl and the tofu banh mi, the grill bowl was amazing. Went to go eat the banh mi (which we asked and were told was vegan) and it had mayonnaise on it. Website said it is house made, but there's a pretty big chance it has egg in it. Wasn't able to go back and clarify, but I'm skeptical.
