Classic vegan takeout that hits - Edit
Very old school kind of vegan food in the best way. Perfect to stop in for a quick meal. Recommend the mixed tofu falafel wrap, you know it will be good when the wrap has a cut view like this!

Alright curries for alright prices - Edit
Got the rice&3 plate…..it was fine, pleasant flavours, home-cooked style. But really nothing special. The price is fairly cheap but to be honest it would be worth spending a few quid more to get a better curry!

Cheap vegan food - Edit
Not a place for a “dining experience” but great if you’re in need of some cheap and quick food. Me and my boyfriend shared the three curries and rice (all lovely) and the beef doner wrap which was great. We also split an onion baking and samosa. Good portion sizes for the price - everything was very quick. No complaints- great if you want food that doesn’t break the bank

I've been to Little Aladdin several times, all their kebabs are amazing. Most recently I had their vegan chicken kebab which is my personal favourite!

Decent - Edit
Had the 3 curry (you can choose from 8 or 9) with rice and it was good, but not great. Bit too much on the oily side compared to any other Indian I’ve had around the world. While it was flavourful, it didn’t quite have the authentic Indian flavours I’m after. Menu is huge and server is super friendly so would come back again to go something else on the menu.

Can't agree with the other reviews - Edit
Followed the Happy Cow reviews and went for lunch, but ended up not eating the food and going for a pizza at Purezza across the road instead. First off the service wasn't the friendliest despite what the reviews say, and the food was plonked/splattered on the plate. The food was oily, lukewarm, and bland. The 3 curry meal deal is good value, but not if the food isn't nice.

Local vegan business - Edit
This is the best little Indian vegan food place in Manchester. In love with the samosa chatt and the curries are so tasty, great value for money. Please do go support this local independent business. Highly recommend.

great food, but you wouldn't guess it - Edit
wasn't sure what to think going in, it's got all the presentation of a corner store, but the food is really good and the folks who work there are really friendly.
Read morethey did microwave my samosa which was a bit sad, but their other dishes more than made up for it. they put baby spouts in their curry which I'm not used to but will now probably try putting in my own curries
Pros: authentic, tasty food, affordable , quick, kind service
Cons: bit rough around the edges

Amazing food - Edit
I've eaten here a few times and have always left happy and with a full belly. The rice and three deal is a great way to try the different curries, and the onion bhajis are the best I've ever had. The mango lassi is pretty good too. The best thing about the place are the owners who are two of the nicest people you could meet.

Great snack after a bus ride - Edit
Lovely Little store, that is a bit small, but is right next to the shudehill bus stop and has cheap enough take aways that the size doesn't matter. I see reviews critizing that the vegan options aren't transparent but all the options are explicitly vegan so don't be turned off by that. Would highly recommend after a long bus trip!

Delish & Great Value! - Edit
Went into Little Alladin on a Saturday afternoon and was spoilt by choice by the menu. It's a small venue but we managed to find a nice spot by the windows.
Read moreI had the aubergine wrap and it was incredible! My partner had the "Chicken" burger and fries, and unfortunately they weren't as good as we had hoped, a bit bland.
So I can highly reccomend the Aubergine wrap, it's a must try! And the owner is very friendly!

Scrumptious! - Edit
This is a little gem of a place in a good central location serving honest, hearty food that won't break the bank. On a recent visit, I had the rice and three curries and my partner had the aubergine wrap. We also ordered a portion of onion bhajis between us. Everything was delicious - well seasoned and with the right balance of spices. We both left feeling exceedingly well fed for a fraction of what a meal of a similar size/volume might have cost at other vegan eateries. If you want a 'dining experience', then look elsewhere but if you simply want good food in generous portions then Little Aladdin is for you. The owner's a nice bloke, too, when you get chatting to him. Big thumbs up.

Great wrap - Edit
I wanted to try something that wasn't a big chain store off the beaten track, and this was definitely it , so close to Arndale shopping centre, it was pretty quiet at half one on a Monday afternoon. I sat in and the guy suggested what was best. I had the vegan chicken doner wrap and it was amazing, it was juicy and tasty. I asked for half to be wrapped for me cause it was so stuffed. Definitely get your money's worth and absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.
