Always support fully vegan - Edit
3 stars because the place is fully vegan and i love that, however the guy serving did not listen to our order, perhaps because he was busy but we asked for Biryani he said he could do some, it ended up being some dry rice with some tasteless potatoes and loads of onion and bits of veg not a Biryani, the next guy behind us asked for Biryani he said they had none so assuming he tried to get us some made up which was nice but the food was not. Had 3 curries and rice to be fair was good and the samosas very nice. Overall i would not rush back food pretty standard but i do love to support a fully vegan place so will return to give a second chance

Delicious curries - Edit
Excellent vegan curries, would strongly recommend the "3 curries and rice" deal, also the samosas and bhaji were outstanding. Really friendly, helpful staff. If you're in the Northern Quarter, definitely try this out.

Delicious, cheap, and vegan. - Edit
This is a must if you like Indian food. It looks rather innocent from the outside, but it's one of the finest Indian restaurants I've been to.

Been there many times and never been disappointed. They have delicious curry and very nice burger/wrap options! Vegan naan bread is very good. Cool place to visit with quick service.

Lovely Service, quick and cheap - Edit
Perfect place to pick up some inexpensive vegan food in the Northern Quarter, quite simple but wholesome and the service was the best! The only downside is the food was quite oily, but it was overall lovely, my favourite being the bhindi!! Love ❤️🌼

We travelled a long distance and rang in advance to find out when they took last orders. The member of staff was off hand on the phone but she said it was 9pm.

100% vegan Indian! - Edit
100% vegan Indian restaurant. Extensive options. I like how unpretentious it is, with quick service. It's all very laid back. I had the green platter: I could choose 3 different vegan curries to go with the rice. The vegan cheese naan was nice and I also tried the vegan pecan brownie (my favourite) and the cinnamon brownie. Would definitely go back to try more of the menu

Great food, lovely staff, all vegan! - Edit
It was a cold and rainy day and my partner and I were craving something warm and comforting. I remember walking past this establishment on our first day in Manchester and seeing the absolute deal of a meal (3 curries and rice for £5.99) they had on offer.
Read moreIt was a no-brainer and we went into the restaurant, a quaint little place with a small seating area, we ordered the 3 curries deal as well as samosas and some peshwari naan. It was absolutely delightful. Exactly what we needed! The food was well spiced and overall delicious.
I genuinely cannot pick a favourite as all of it was incredible! Definitely recommend

I tried their green plate with 3 curries but the value for money for that wasn’t worth it.

Love this place. There main curries have the day aren’t too spicy so you can ask for extra sauce. I always come here with friends and order a bunch to share. Their best is samosa chaat and, new vegetable biryani and cheesy garlic naan.

Some of the staff was very friendly. Food (at least the curries) in my opinion isn't the best. It was tasteless and extremely spicy. Could be a nice option if you're looking for a cheap place to eat.

Cheap vegan fast food - Edit
Pop in here almost every time I pass by - cheap and usually amazing. Offers a variety of burgers and wraps, as well as traditional Indian food such as curries on rice or samosas. My recommendation is to try the tofu wrap. Unfortunately has no bathrooms.

Disappointing - Edit
Went on Friday evening for some pre-gig food. Mostly good reviews on here so thought we'd give it a go.
Read moreI had the mixed wrap and my wife had the aubergine wrap - they were both swimming in grease. Should've realised that would be the case when we walked in and the whole place smelt of grease. Very disappointed.
I guess if you like really greasy food then this place is fine, but personally I like to taste the veg I'm eating and not just a homogeneous grease flavour.
Only gets 2 stars as it's vegan and Happy Cow won't let you rate a fully vegan place lower than 2.
Pros: Entirely Vegan, Cheap
Cons: Very greasy

Disappointing - Edit
I had the aloo gobi and peshwari naan. The aloo gobi was mushy and bland, and the naan was mushy and oversalted. The only reason it's getting two stars instead of one is because of Happy Cow requiring at least two stars for all-vegan places.
