Delicious Bao - Edit
It was one of our favorite restaurants in Brussels. We ordered the "Bao Hercules" as a starter, and we were surprised at how wonderful it was. Of the main courses, we ordered the "Miso Love" and the "That's Nuts", both of which were delicious. The waitresses spoke very good English and were very friendly, providing excellent service even though the restaurant was full. We enjoyed the experience.

Dos pratos principais, pedimos o “Miso Love” e o “That’s Nuts”, ambos deliciosos. As atendentes falavam muito bem inglês e eram super simpáticas, prestando um ótimo serviço de atendimento, mesmo com o restaurante lotado. Gostamos da experiência.

Read moreWe ordered the Hot Chick, the Rambāo, and the Deep Sea Baby. The Rambāo was deeply flavourful, if you miss hamburgers this is the bāo for you. The Deep Sea Baby had a crunch-to-chew ratio that made me audibly moan. But the star of the show was The Hot Chick, the fried chicky was unreal - hands down the best vegan chicken we've ever had!
The staff were so sweet and friendly, too! This place is such a gem and a must-visit when in Brussels!

I ordered a "hot chick", "rambao", lil dims and lil wontons. All of them were absolutely amazing, especially the wontons! Maybe the food is a little bit expensive, but it is worth it! Can't wait to come back to try the other options :)

we came there some minutes before they closed in the afternoon, but they were so friendly and welcoming and made us quickly two baos for takeaway - hercules baos with gyros, vegan feta and cucumber. was very tasty and delicious!

What a lovely place! I had visited their other restaurant Liu lin several times and loved it. So this was high on my wish list since they opened and it did not disappoint.
Read moreThe restaurant was filled, and even though I didn’t make a reservation they did their utmost best to accommodate me. I enjoyed a coconut water, smashed cucumber and miso soup. The miso soup had a nice umami taste and had interesting bacon shaped tofu. It was a good combo with the smashed cucumber, which was fresh and had a little kick to it. As a dessert I got the mochi which were very tasty, a little bit dry inside but that made it the best combination with dipping it in the coconut sauce.
I also ordered two baos to go and they were very helpful in determining which ones would be best to consume later and would fit my own lunchbox.

Tried a few types of baos, miso soup and "coco loco" - everything tasted amazing.
Read moreStaff was also extremely friendly, and more than that: looked excited to be working there, something I don't see often. :D
The only downside is the price: if you're hungry, you'll need multiple dishes to get full, so it gets expensive quite fast.

This is a really nice spot for a quick bite. They specialise in bao buns so you have to get at least one of these! I went for the aubergine one. I also got some dim sums and calamari on the side. Everything was tasty - especially the calamari. Quick service, my only small thing is it is a little expensive here.

People were lining up outside Liu Lin (as usual😉) so we decided to try out their sister restaurant instead, which I hadn't tried earlier. A little bit less packed, but still full, we managed to get a table which just became vacant. No regrets!

Même mon amie omni était surprise ! (Attention si vous n'aimez pas/n'êtes plus habitué.e.s au goût de la viande, perso ça m'a fait bizarre)

we have never encountered a place that would be so devoted to serving vegan bao buns before! very nice idea, the food is flavourful. apart from bao buns we really recommend the dumplings! we loved the design, drinks (particularly lychee lemonade!).

We had some Bao, a rice bowl, the miso soup and the fried bao dessert and everything was fantastic. Prices are absolutely fine and the staff was super nice to us. We really felt they cared about us, were proactively asking whether we needed forks since we struggled with chopsticks and were just kind in general. Definitely a must visit.
