Good atmosphere and healthy food. - Edit
Went for lunch on Saturday and the place was busy/popular. The menu is not extensive (3/4 of each course). The food is creatively assembled and healthy. I would strongly recommend the avocado starter. The risotto was a little bland for my palette.

Nice but not spectacular - Edit
Maybe my expectations for this place were a bit too high, but I wasn't as impressed by the food as I thought I'd be. Don't get me wrong, you'll eat well and I find the portions to be a good size (pricey but filling), but I felt a lot more thought was put into the presentation than the flavour. Other than that, good and friendly service and the atmosphere is quite relaxed.

Petit restau très sympa avec une carte limitée mais raffinée. Des produits agréables à manger, un personnel agréable. Les portions un peu justes pour de bons mangeurs.

Boring food - Edit
To be fair, my expectations were high because of all the positive reviews I had read beforehand and from what I had heard about this place from friends. My two friends and I tried everything on the menu except for one dessert. Overall, it just wasn’t great. The food was bland - one could do so much more with flavours, textures, surprising combinations.. but this food was just really quite boring. The rice/chickpea pancakes and the lemon curd were exceptions - they were quite good. I probably won’t go here again.

Exquisite food and service - Edit
The food here is inventive, delicious, and beautifully designed. The restaurant is casual, but the food is extraordinarily high-end, high-quality, and fresh. The avocado starter came with the freshest baby greens with light, simple dressing and raw sunflower seeds that melted in my mouth. The soba noodles came in a bath of the most rich, yet delicate, umami sauce with lots of perfectly cooked broccoli and mushrooms, plus fresh greens, sprouts and seeds. It was all heavenly. Don’t miss this restaurant!

Gourmet vegan - Edit
Very delicious gourmet vegan restaurant! The staff are extremely nice and they offer a menu in English if you’re French is not the best. We ate the Butternut Squash Soup and Avocado-“egg” with the Mashed Potatoes and Soba Noodles. And the pouched pear with chocolate for dessert. Needless to say we had too much food but all was delicious, especially the avocado egg!

Amazing breakfast options! - Edit
I went here one year ago and am still thinking about it, and realized I hadn't written a review. I went here on a weekend morning I believe, I had a multi-course set brunch and it was so incredible. Sadly I can't remember the specifics of what I ate, just that it was all delicious and absolutely worth a visit. I recommend making a reservation because they can get busy!

Excellent restaurant - Edit
Oh my what great food. The avocado false egg humus was just spectacular. The rice pancakes with cashew nut cream was great too. For main course the soba noodles with tamari cream, black sesame and vegetables was amazing. Really worth the detour for gourmet vegan food.

Nice food - Edit
We booked this especially for our trip to Paris. There were 3 options you could choose from each section. I had a squash “veloute” for my entree. It was really well flavoured. I then chose the soba noodles with roasted broccoli. It was a generous serving size. I liked it but found the dish a bit repetitive after a while. Service was prompt and friendly. I had eaten enough so I unfortunately didn’t get to try dessert.

Inventive recipes, friendly staff but unreasonably expensive (we paid 180 euros for 5 people) for the amount of food given to us. Limited menu choices (3 different entrees, 3 different main course options, 3 different dessert options).

Great vegan take on traditional French cuisine; although pricey! - Edit
My girlfriend and I had a lovely meal here at the end of our four day stay in Paris. To this point, we’d been eating a lot of veggie burgers etc. I was really impressed by their menu and the quality of the food. The lasagne was exceptional (although quite a small portion) and my partners “boeuf bourguignon” was also a triumph. I’d also recommend the carrot cake for dessert. Personally I found the Creme brûlée a little too rich, but it is amazing that they can make it so realistic using vegan ingredients. Lovely staff, would recommend. Just be aware that it is expensive, approx €65 for all that with a glass of wine (service included.)

Outstanding quality and flavor - Edit
Stopped in on a Sunday recently with my wife and enjoyed the food and ambiance. Chickpea & rice pancake was great as were the avocado deviled “egg “ and roasted eggplant. Try the home garden fresh apple juice squeezed from the family’s orchard. Much success to this little diamond of a restaurant. Thank you, Marie, for your hospitality as well!

Must go - Edit
Le Portager de Charlotte was definitely the culinary highlight of my time in Paris. I only wish I had saved room for dessert! It’s definitely worth the price. If I weren’t on a budget I would’ve gone multiple times to try everything on the menu. I’m glad I chose this restaurant as my splurge.

Very tasty pure food - Edit
This restaurant has a small but changing menu. I came on a hot day. The melon gazpacho was a perfect starter. As a main I took a salad. Usually not fond of salads but it was rich enough: sweet patato, tofu, melon, sprouts... It wqs presented very well. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommandable!
