Unexpected greatness - Edit
I just took a quick (hot) trip up to Redding after learning about an Ethiopian restaurant up there. Lalibela Ethiopian Cuisine sells food at the Saturday Redding Farmers market and at a commercial kitchen/restaurant (table service!) on Sundays from 12-5 pm.

The food was great! Because they’re only open two days a week, everything is made fresh. They even make their own injera — from 100% teff, no added wheat flour.
This is a double veggie combo plate ($34 for two plus lots of leftovers—we should have ordered single veggie combo plate and shared it for $16.99).
