This is a fully vegan restaurant serving Italian food - they have great pizza and large portions. Absolutely recommended, in particular the calzone with artichokes and the lemon crostini dessert!

This restaurant has to be the best Italian restaurant I have ever visited in my life. I have never seen so many different vegan pizza options with so many different toppings. The vegan cheese is the best I have ever tasted and I also really enjoyed the smokey barbecued tofu. I can't rave about the taste enough, it really blew me away. To finish off I had the tiramisu which was just as unbelieably good as the pizza. Great they also had vegan wine and the staff are also lovely. If you are in Berlin do not miss this place!

The food was so good and the portions were really generous (especially the pizzas), the place was packed so might be worth getting a reservation, we ended up sharing a table with two strangers which was really nice and added to the experience, but you have the option to sit by yourself if you're more comfortable with that. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I had white pizza with potatoes. It was heavenly! My (meat eater) friend had pasta and she liked that as well. We also had tiramisu and that was delicious too.
Read moreThe place was full so I recommend reserving a table beforehand. The staff was very friendly but obviously in a lot of hurry so the service was quite slow and they made a couple of mistakes, like they only asked me if I would like to have dessert and not my friend.

I tried their calzone, pizza, pasta and dessert and I have to say that the calzone with artichokes aubergine and "cheese" was my favorite so far - not sure what the name was. Also the tiramisu was nothing short of perfect. Just go there;)

The pizza is baked really really well. The bruschetta were awesome. The wine was good. I ate the love is supreme, which was a bit too much vegan cheese and not enough veggies for my taste.

Had the most delicious pizza here, staff was super friendly and it was only €6,50 for the most delicious margarita pizza. I’m happy they use organic flour too, the crust is delicious! Recommend to vegans and non vegans alike.

Visiting Berlin from London. I was blown away by the quality of the food, choice (SO MUCH CHOICE), pizza, drinks selection and staff. My partner speaks German, but I don’t. The staff let me “experiment” my German without judgement and were extremely patient. We had pizza and it was amazing, better than any vegan London place. In my opinion, this is a must visit.

In a city full of vegan options, La Stella Nera easily stands out as one of the best places to eat. The pizzas are absolutely incredible and the vibe is awesome. The place is small so if you want to eat there I’d recommend reserving a table

I can't imagine anything not tasting absolutely fantastic here, I had dinner here 4 nights in a row, everything is amazing and the service is delightful.
If I lived in Berlin I would be here every night. I highly recommend this amazing place, it's always nice to find pure vegan restaurants when I travel, vegans must support establishments like this, if we want are movement to continue growing.

delicious fast cheap vegan pizza - Edit
The pizza dough is ridiculously delicious, soft and warm. The bottom is thin and the border thick, exactly how one would expect it. It might have some burnt-looking spots but that doesn't do anything to it's taste.

The vegan cheese on our pizzas looked, tasted and had the consistency of real thick cheese and is equally heavy on the stomach - if you are looking for this experience you definitely will be satisfied!
However if you don't order pizza with cheese there is rather little toppings (especially on our neighbours pizza) - for the cheap price I think it's ok though.
The only thing I highly disliked was the tea we ordered. The ginger was so strong it was undrinkable for all of us without putting agave in it to smoothen it. With it I guess it was a tasty tea.
There are probably better pizza places out there, however this was the first completely vegan one we've been to. We were very much looking forward to it and had high expectations. And were definitely not disappointed. Can highly recommend this place for delicious, fast and cheap vegan pizza! :-)
