What a pleasant surprise - Edit
I arrived here unplanned after looking for a lunch spot via HappyCow. What an incredibly pleasant surprise. I had the Leak and Veg Mac, both were amazing. The atmosphere was also great. I can 100% recommend this place.

Interior and menu of the restaurant reflect it's goal to offer more exquisite tastes, which is certainly represented in the prices. Service is excellent, they even explain the dishes when served. Our ceviche, bravas de bimi, and tacos were delicious, a bit spicy and tasted at times unusual. The naranjada can be recommended as well! Not too big and apparently quickly full, so reservations are helpful.

The highlight of my visit in Madrid - Edit
I stumbled upon this place on my very first day (hour!) in Madrid and I must say that it did set the bar very high for every place since. The restaurant is modern, light, spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and forthcoming. We got half of the menu to share and could have eaten the other half just to try it all - the food is creative, innovative, fresh, local and with amazing flavour. I really cannot praise this place enough, it's the place to try for gourmet food with the right price tag.

The fried bimi exploded with flavour, the leeks were so tender that you could spread them, but had a very strong flavour. The breadcrumbs was a clever spin on the traditional dish, and every dish was a resounding success.
Despite being pricey, it was my best meal in my trip to Madrid and it was not even close.

Really enjoyed this place. The other reviews convinced us to go and I'm glad we did. We had the brocollini, the mushroom tacos, and the brownie. All three were delicious and the food was presented with a lot of care. The waiter was really nice too. Definitely worth a visit if you're into vegan food with a fancy flair!

But, the sizes are small and pricey, so don't come with too much hunger😉the Gilda de tomates had an exceptionally rich taste, but it's rather a little teaser for your taste buds. However it's on the pricey side: mains are around 18€ and starters to share (or not) are around 15€ - you can order a smaller portion for starters though. Staff were super nice and their suggestions and explanations were really useful. Order took a while to be served, we weren't in a hurry though, so we talked and talked and enjoyed the meal and the company.

Trato agradable, interior espacioso, ubicación muy conveniente y terraza en una calle peatonal, todo un lujo en esta ciudad.
Sirven jarra de agua del grifo con las comidas, detalle que siempre resulta digno de agradecer.

Tried a few dishes and all of them were undeniably good. Would definitely recommend the bimi with bravas sauce, leeks in vinaigrette, and ravioli. Also tried the salmorejo and the ceviche. Liked all of them and appreciated that dishes that could be more plain were surprisingly tasty.
