Simply sublime - Edit
Friendly staff, perfect light levels excellent food. Very fun taps and super cute cutlery. Every dish was impressive and I can't recommend the battered tenderstem broccoli enough. If you have the chance, just go do it. You'll almost certainly love it. Only complaint that could be mentioned is that the kitchen was blasting music that felt like it was battling with the music that was playing in the main restaurant area. That was a little distracting.

Modern traditional food - Edit
Cool concept where the reinvented traditional madrilenian/Spanish food. It's very unlikely to disappoint. The food is super flavorful and the spices and profiles are very carefully developed. Each dish has such complex undertones and profiles they will not leave you dissatisfied.

The place to go to in the capital - Edit
This was by far the best vegan food I had in Madrid. I had the artichoke, the tomato ravioli and the strawberry dessert, and each and every course was sublime, unfolding a very distinct and palate-tingling bouquet of aromas. Cocktails are great, too.

Innovative menu - Edit
I did not love this place and for the food, I’d have given it 4 stars. However, the menu is very innovative and I think, if you like traditional spanish food, then you’ll love this place.
Read moreThe croquettes were a little disappointing. The ravioli was divine.
The menu has some interesting and challenging dishes. The other guests seemed to be loving the dishes.
Book in advance, this place is popular and has limited capacity.

Worth a visit - Edit
Their menu is designed to be shared, which was nice. We tried multiple things, my favourites being the oyster mushroom mini burgers and the grilled artichokes, [censored] the fideuà was quite disappointed. The server didn’t speak English and seemed annoyed at us for not speaking Spanish.

Increíble food - Edit
I just got out of a Flamenco show and I was hungry. I didn't want just another vegan burger so I was happy to see this place show up close by on Happy Cow.
Read moreI walked to the restaurant and it was very unassuming from the outside, but inside was very modern and nice.
The hostess sat me right away with no reservation (November around 9:30pm) and they even had an English menu. I'm trying to practice my Spanish, but I was struggling tonight for some reason and they were so helpful with English.
I ordered a lot of stuff. I got a latte because I was cold and tired. It was the perfect way to pick myself up, but not be too caffeinated. I really wanted the kombucha, but I'll just have to come back.
I ordered the croquettes to start and they were perfect. They were light. A little crisp on the outside, but so smooth on the inside. The salty kaper on top with the drop of something sweet made these delectable. I would highly recommend them.
I decided to try the Ravioli as my main dish and I was not disappointed. It comes drenched in sauce so I ordered a side of bread to go with it. The ravioli is cooked perfectly. It is the right level of soft and the savory flavor was paired really well with the hazelnuts sprinkled in the sauce. I enjoyed every bite and if it was acceptable I would have licked the plate clean.
The bread comes warm and with plenty of pieces to tear apart and soak up the ravioli sauce. It was the best way to end the meal.
The waiter came by and asked if I wanted dessert but I declined. I had so much food and I was really full. I am sure it would be amazing. They had vegan tiramisu on the menu and I usually can't resist that.
I definitely will come back to this restaurant and it is my favorite place I have eaten in Madrid. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Pros: Lots of options on the menu, Non alcoholic cocktails Available , Perfect portions

Elaborated dishes - Edit
Small restaurant with terrace. It has a menu with 7 starters, 7 main courses and 4 desserts. The dishes are varied, original, very elaborate and all very appetising. We had the curry and pak choi croquettes, the tomato confit ravioli and the fideua. For dessert we chose the "kinder malo" and the strawberries in vinegar with spicy cream cheese. All the dishes were delicious. I would highlight the croquettes, which I thought were terrific, and the dessert of strawberries in vinegar for its originality and different flavour (slightly acid, very good). Although, as I say, all the dishes were very tasty. I recommend it for all those who want to avoid the typical vegan burgers.

Outstanding Vegan Cuisine Despite Limited Space - Edit
Completely vegan restaurant. The food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. On the downside, the space is a bit limited, and the prices are slightly high. There are no high chairs for babies. Despite this, I have to give it 5 stars for the quality of the food. I particularly enjoyed the stuffed pasta and the croquettes. For dessert, I especially liked the "Kinder Malo."

The restaurant is not labeled vegan but the menu is 100% vegan. The leeks as starters were very good. We also ate mushroom ceviche and seitan tacos.

Some of the best vegan food in Madrid - Edit
This is a tapas style place with some very interesting dishes that don't rely on vegan meats! But the vegetables themselves are the star of the show to the point where you don't miss any seitan/soy meats that you may expect. We had the leeks dish, oyster mushrooms burgers, tacos, all those were so full of flavour in each ingredient. The kinder Malo had a great hazelnut cream with the softest brownies and caramelised hazelnuts, a great note to end the dinner on. This is a must visit in Madrid!!

Amazing food and mood - Edit
The restaurant looks a bit inconspicuous, so I walked past what I believed was an ordinary pub at first. And as all outside tables were already occupied, I resorted to a table inside.
Read moreThe interior was not quite that of an ordinary pub, though. I enjoyed the rather stylish industrial interior design and cool atmosphere - literally and figuratively.
Considering the food, I had two dishes and both were really delicious! As was the virgin cocktail I ordered. Staff were friendly, too. So don’t miss out and pay this restaurant a visit when you’re in Madrid.

Hints of upscale food culture - Edit
We tried an avocado side that felt like an airy and soft upscale avo-hummus. It was simply amazing with the peeled tomatos on top. The paella made of noodles as a main course lacked a defining protein source which made the whole dish drop, because it then felt like painfully spicy noodles with some asparagus on top. I wish there was an English menu and better understanding of the ingredients because my skin flares up from spicy food. The desert saved the day with mini chocolate brownies, crumbles, chocolate flakes and soft ice cream decorations. Overall, a nice and fully vegan restaurant that has great potential to refine their experience and become a top place!
