We were capturednby the photos of the meals online, the menu looked really interesting but we were a bit worried it would be too posh. I'm so glad we tried it, the place looks really fancy, so does the food but the atmosphere was immediately welcoming. The staff was really nice and friendly. Omg and the food..simyply delicious, interesting combinations, great ingredients. We had the steamed leeks, pak choi croquettes, ravioli and white asparagus. Recommend!

Imprescindible probar sus bravas de bimi y sus migas. Platos espectaculares, creativos sobre todo para un restaurante vegano (no encontrarás las típicas burgers veganas etc, son cosas mucho más elaboradas y fuera de lo común). Y además los precios son súper ajustados. Volveré!!!

My first night in Madrid and the food here was delicious, the kitchen opened at 8 and the team were so lovely and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious! Everything that came out the kitchen looked incredible, I really enjoyed the cauliflower cream, mushroom stew with a bread portion!

Interior and menu of the restaurant reflect it's goal to offer more exquisite tastes, which is certainly represented in the prices. Service is excellent, they even explain the dishes when served. Our ceviche, bravas de bimi, and tacos were delicious, a bit spicy and tasted at times unusual. The naranjada can be recommended as well! Not too big and apparently quickly full, so reservations are helpful.

The highlight of my visit in Madrid - Edit
I stumbled upon this place on my very first day (hour!) in Madrid and I must say that it did set the bar very high for every place since. The restaurant is modern, light, spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and forthcoming. We got half of the menu to share and could have eaten the other half just to try it all - the food is creative, innovative, fresh, local and with amazing flavour. I really cannot praise this place enough, it's the place to try for gourmet food with the right price tag.

The fried bimi exploded with flavour, the leeks were so tender that you could spread them, but had a very strong flavour. The breadcrumbs was a clever spin on the traditional dish, and every dish was a resounding success.
Despite being pricey, it was my best meal in my trip to Madrid and it was not even close.
Pros: Original, Friendly, Bold flavour
Cons: Kinda pricey, No protein
