Great breakfast spot! - Edit
Variety of vegan milks for coffees, vegan sandwich and wrap available as well as some of the sweet treats! We had the banana and chocolate bread, as well as the vegan sandwich which came with vegan cheese, rocket, and vegan sausage spread on fresh focaccia! Would recommend. Staff were also very friendly

Disappointed - but a nice atmosphere - Edit
We went here today for a coffee and lunch. Unfortunately both the vegan meals we selected from the menu were off. We ere told they are very popular - so why didn’t they get more in?

However, we would like to kindly ask that you review your assessment: As you must have seen, inflation and supply chain disruptions have had a big impact on restaurants this past year, especially those like La Escala that try to propose artisanal food. In addition to that, there have been, if you live in Spain, you must have heard of the unprecedented labor difficulties that SMEs have faced, and it happens so that the week you visited us, we had a sudden turnover issue. It feels unfair to be penalized for these factors when we are trying our best, even through perfect storms. We hope that you come back and see for yourself that we have many decisions since the summer to strengthen our resilience. Given the global economic climate, it is likely that we are heading towards more difficult times, and it seems fair to expect for our customers a greater understanding of the challenges we face.
