Amazing Spanish vegan food - Edit
There are some countries where it is easy to find vegan versions of the local cuisine - Spain is not one of them. Super happy to have found this all vegan Spanish bar and finally try this awesome food in a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Super delicious and very friendly owner.

Buena comida a buen precio - Edit
#Veganuary
Pros: Buen precio, Comida muy rica
Cons: El aire no ventila y sales oliendo a cocina

Un pequeño puesto en el mercado. Los precios son muy moderados y las raciones grandotas, ¡gusta a veganos y no veganos!

Big portions, small prices - Edit
Lively place, nice staff. It can get really busy at weekends so go early or just wait while you have a beer with their nice tapas. Quiche is quite nice, and the Spanish omelette too.

Be prepared to wait - Edit
This place is located upstairs in a busy market/food market so be prepared to bide your time, particularly as there's not much table space. Not the cheapest but tortilla is nice and the queues tell their own story

It’s inside a food market and more suitable for a quick bite, but the food is super tasty and it’s nice to try traditional dishes in a vegan format.

Bang For Your Buck! - Edit
I've been in Europe for almost 3 weeks now on vacation and I'm just NOW discovering this app. SMH lol But anyways, my first review goes to La Alpargata. Automatic 5 stars!! Price point, flavor and portion size ALL gets 5 stars. The lady working help me out because I was sitting there looking at their menu while looking at the pictures on this app, looking lost for a solid 10 minutes. Lol I went with their €3 tortilla (AMAZING) with their €8 special quiche, potato chili and a cerveza. I was already full by the chili came out. But it was so good, I had to finish. Lol HIGHLY recommend this vegan eats if you're reading this.

Perfect little bistro in a lively food hall 😋🥪🍻 - Edit
This place is perfect for a casual dinner before going out. They have super yummy vegan dishes that are based on typical Spanish tapas recipes. You HAVE to try the Choripan sandwich, it’s extremely delicious. It has a very cool alternative progressive vibe and the sweetest people working behind the counter.

So cute and easy. The Tortilla was everything. Haven’t had a good tortilla in forever and the vegan tapas in Madrid haven’t been awesome - this is a real tapas bar and the tortilla is so good!!

Crazy busy but tasty - Edit
It's great to see a vegan place so busy but it also has the tendency to put you off as it's harder to have a relaxing time. Ordered some tortilla and it was tasty and the lady working was really pleasant and friendly. I would have liked to try more but I didn't want to have to wait ages. I thought from pics on HappyCow that a small free tapa was given with each drink and was disappointed when I didn't get any with a beer. I would like to try this place again but maybe when it's a bit quieter - if that's possible!

Easygoing and tasty - Edit
I had the lunch menu for 8€ which included a quinoa salad, (huge) lasagna, drink and a delicious portion of cake. Portions are pretty big, so I ended up super full. The only con is that you could feel that the lasagna and cake where from the day before, but still nice. The good thing is that everything in the menu was vegan!

Great and inexpensive tapas - Edit
Amazing tapas, really affordable, good alternative atmosphere inside El mercado de San Fernando. BTW they may have switched the business to vegetarian: there were no meat at all among the choices. Most of them were vegan, only a few (2 or 3) vegetarian.

rated 5 stars now that their menu is vegan except for a couple of vegetarian choices (with goat cheese).

Great stall in indoor food hall - Edit
Sells a good choice of vegan food and the rest vegetarian although anything can be made vegan. Large portions by Spain vegan standards and not expensive at all. Near me east market too. Sells beer and wine. Didn't have tea but happy for you to bring tea from another stall. Could speak pretty good English too. Very friendly and helpful.
