Are they vegan tho? - Edit
Went there asked if they had vegan churros they were very surprised by me asking. Maybe the churros are naturally vegan and they just don’t know but I didn’t ask so make sure to ask the ingredients (I didn’t cause I just got a No)

Top traditional churrería in Embajadores - Edit
Their porras and churros are excellent. The staff is super nice and as soon as I asked if the prepare the hot chocolate with either dairy milk or water, their first explained they use dairy milk but then quickly suggested they could make it with water for me. Service is really quick and the the porras and churros are super inexpensive: three breakfasts with porras, coffee and my vegan hot chocolate were 9,50€. Please have in mind this place is a traditionan unsophisticated typical bar/churrería from Madrid, not fancy at all. It's very, very popular among locals and there are few or no tourists, but the atmosphere is really unique and friendly.
