Es gibt mindestens zwei vegane Optionen. Wir haben die klassischen Hoto Nudeln genommen, die wirklich lecker geschmeckt haben. In einer Area in der es so wenige vegetarische oder vegane Optionen gibt, ein echtes Highlight.

Read morePickles. I highly recommend eating here over the restaurants closer to the main station as they serve a traditional regional specialty and have gone out of their way to find a way to make it vegan so we can enjoy it too!

Delicious Hato - Edit
Vegans have two options here, the Hato (with or without the vegetable tempura), and the rice box with vegetable tempura. I had the Hato and the bowl is big, very big! The Hato noodles are a local noodle, and the soup was filled with vegetables. Had a great meal!
