Amazing fast food in Rome! - Edit
Just had an amazing "bacon" cheeseburger here! One of the best vegan burgers I've had, with lovely toasted sesame seeds on the buns and fresh, crunchy salad. There are 4 different types of burger available and lots of other choice on the menu eg hotdogs, salad, wraps, cheese paninis. Worth coming to just for the food, but the supermarket is an added bonus!

Vegan Shop in Rome! - Edit
I'm a sucker for a fully vegan shop and iVegan did not disappoint. Great selection of products (food and beauty/cosmetic products). They also have a cafe too. What's not to love!

great food and store - Edit
I was famished when I got to iVegan, so I immediately ordered a veggie burger, a sandwich, and a smoothie. While I waited I chose some bars and (almost) single-ingredient peanut butter along with quinoa cakes from the shelves to buy. The food was very tasty and we were served some mint and lemon-infused water as well.

Best vegan hot dog I have ever had - Edit
17 years of veganism and i have tried a lot of hot dogs. Most are only palatable smothered in mustard and kraut, but the one here was good enough to eat on its own. Very friendly staff and inside a grocery store so we were able to do some last minute gift shopping while we waited.

amazing vegan burger - Edit
Originally my google maps said it was 4 minutes from the hotel, but it was actually 30 minutes. I ordered the smoked burger (6 euro) and it was AMAZING and well worth the walk. The attendant was kind enough to call me a cab on my way back.

Unmissable! - Edit
The food is incredible. We had a hot dog and a burger deluxe. The hot dog looks and tastes exactly like the meat version, so if you've given up meat for health/ethical reasons but still crave the taste or texture of meat, you'll love it. The prices are very reasonable too, especially considering it's in Rome.
Read moreThe only thing better than the food here is the impeccable service. The staff are so friendly and eager to help. The food court is part of a fully vegan store that sells everything from vegan chorizo to vegan whipped cream. If I had to find a con, I'd say that the place could do with a few more tables and chairs.
We were so disappointed that we did not discover this place until the day before we left Rome.
If you're in Rome, you really must visit this place. It's just a couple of minute's waking distance from the Valle Aurelia station, on the Metro A line.
Pros: Excellent food, Wonderful staff, Very reasonable prices
Cons: Not many chairs and tables

lovely people, fantastic variety of food - Edit
A great little shop with all the groceries a vegan heart could desire, but that aren't so easy to find elsewhere. Prices are pretty standard for this kind of store (not as cheap as beans but not insanely highly priced). Fantastic range of mock meats and cheeses. I went for fruit-/cereal bars to snack on during the day and they had the best choice I have found here in rome. Service is kind, calm and not "in your face" as is sometimes the case in small shops.

very good vegan store - Edit
In this store you can find a very good choice of vegan products, from mock meat to vegan chocolate and candies. The faux fish is really good, the vegan cheese is also a great product. It is the only place where I could find vegan white chocolate. Only two negative aspects: it's expensive (consider that today you can find many vegan products in cheaper stores) and staff are unfriendly.

Cheaper than eating out - Edit
As other reviews state, this little shop has everything to keep a vegan happy. It is a little pricey, but you can still get all the ingredients for a vegan meal cheaper than the overpriced vegan restaurants in Rome. Additionally, they carry many products we'd never seen before in London. Add in enthusiastic, helpful shop assistants who take time to explain everything in English, and this rates as one of the best vegan grocery stores we'd visited anywhere.

pricey - Edit
Launched as the first 100% vegan supermarket in Rome and the biggest in Italy, it is actually a small shop embelled with nice shelves on a side and workspace for internet orders on the other... just as it was on it's previous location, only a bit bigger. fine, it's satisfying to buy food with no need to read the label, but this shop sells products not for the daily usage... surely with those prices it is not affordable for the average consumer!

great store - Edit
This is a completely vegan shop with an online shop as well. We've gone to the actual shop a few times, and we always find tons of vegan meats, cheeses, chocolates, pasta, etc., etc. The prices may be a bit high, but the quality of the items is always impeccable. The people working are always very patient and nice. If possible, I would recommend buying online and picking it up at the store, as some items are solely available online. All in all a fantastic place :)
