Sandwiches @ Vatican - Edit
Small restaurant offering some sandwiches. These are homemade and made at the moment. There are different vegan options: classic sandwiches, pita, cous cous and salads. I had a chickpea and broccoli sandwich and it was excellent. If you want desserts, they have vegan smoothies made of soy milk or almond milk. Also, the “kitchen” is open untill late, we arrived at 16:30 and we had lunch. Lovely staff.

It was nice to see more than one Vegan option at a sandwich place. The sandwich was prepared from scratch after ordering it. I liked it, but to get four stars they need to get some different bread for their sandwiches

Panino Sistino - Edit
Vegan options clearly marked on the menu. Very friendly staff. Not super impressed with the Hummus and eggplant sandwich I had, but it was fresh and quite big.
