Hardly vegan options

We went there because of the other reviews, all 4 stars. But those people might have eaten non vegan things. We asked the owner, who checked with his wife, and basically it was only the seaweed salad, edamame beans and veg combo rolls plate (without spicy mayo) that was completely vegan. The starters were nice, standard taste, and the maki rolls were okay, but they were all with either cucumber, avocado, mango and carrot. Different shapes and rolling methods, same taste. As it was cold outside, we had tea, but alas, no Japanese tea, only a few choices of horrible Lipton for 3,5e. Service was friendly, atmosphere nice, clean toilet. But if you want to feed vegans properly, please don't just leave out all the non vegan stuff, also add some things to make it more tasty, nutritious and worthy of the price we paid. We made a reservation 4 days ahead, specifying we were 5 vegans, how much effort would it have been to buy some vegan mayo and 200g of tofu?

Pros: Friendly setvice, Atmosphere

Cons: No veg protein in veg(an) sushi, Poor beverage choices

Japans op t terras

Heel lekker dim sun en sushi. Biertje erbij. Prettige bediening. Prachtig straatje, lekker op t terras.

Amazing Sushj

Waitress was very helpful and knew what was vegan on the menu. We had some very delicious sushi, quick service too!
