They had a few veggie burger options. I think the chips were vegan also but didn’t get them so I didn’t ask (they don’t some with the burger automatically). I had the hazelnut burger which was excellent and my partner had the vegetarian one which he said was delicious also. The only downside was that the service was not very attentive, it took a long time to take our order and they forgot our drinks even though it was very quiet (3pm).

We were in Bruge on Sunday and somehow all the fully vegan places were closed (this was not marked in HC), so after we did some walking and after minimum of two disappointing searches, we chose to go to eat here. Vegan burger was ok and tasty, definitely not a top of gastronomic experience, but still good and tasty. And it was great with a beer. For sure, you’ll leave satisfied.

I liked this place and my hazelnut burger, even though it was extremely greasy. The burger isn’t as fancy as in other places, but this allows you to eat it with your hands (a compact and rather thin burger). They had 3 vegan patties, and have a vegan sauce. When you order, you should specify that you also want the vegan sauce. I would have thought that it automatically comes with a vegan sauce, but this is not the case, thankfully the waitress asked me. Despite its name, Paul’s Boutique is more of a last-century-music-themed fast-food place, they played Queen and Iggy Pop when we were there. I was told that they use vegetable fat for everything (so the fries are vegan too, except for the standard sauce that they normally serve with it). Reasonably priced.

Really good vegan burgers! Great atmosphere and interior decor run by mom and pap and son which was cool to see. Their other so owns Beastie Burger in Antwerp which we ate there as well. Fast service and delicious food! Highly recommend!
