Great size and price

Cool atmosphere. Funky with the techno music. It’s very popular so can be hard to find a seat. The vegan curry option was delicious

Big meal with tasty ingredients

Indian food with some vegan options. The taste was different from the Indian restaurants I used to go to. The naan was very different, same for chickpeas, and there was a lentil option on the food I ordered but there were no lentils in my meal.

Cosy place in good location

I’ve been here two times, and sadly missed the days when they had vegan set lunches, however there are a few items on the their menu available all day, which I tried. Food was tasty, yet not too filling (as it’s a snack, it’s understandable!). Price is reasonable for Sweden. I tried a masala chai from oat milk and it was great!

Update June 2023: Didn’t see any option of set lunches anymore. Limited menu but still good food.

basic fare

in all, the bowl is adequate. the dal isn’t lentil- it’s beans. pinto beans. so it’s basically chili, as you’d get in the States. good, but not Indian. and there’s a lot of chili. it’s the whole bowl basically. a piece of naan was nice.

passable vegan food. not very flavorful and thankfully not salty. just basic semi healthy fare at a mid point lunch time refueling. would not go out of my way to return.

Pros: relatively quick service

Cons: well used not very clean seating, thin uncomfortable pillows on a wood bench

A good curry fix.

Easy counter service but an empty table can be scarce at lunch hour.

Hungry after meal

When I was here on a weekday lunch, the only vegan option was the samoas. I got the rolls as I was told they would be the most filling.

It was very strange as these Samosa dough was very different from what I am used to, and the filling disapointed me more, it felt like it was nothing there and there was not much of a taste. What worse is I still was hungry after this dish.

Maybe I came on a bad day and there is more options at other times?

Edit:
Also only take cards, so not for the cash only crowd.

Food in under 5 minutes and yummy, small selection

During lunch time you might have to wait with 20 people but once orders, I always got my food in under 5 minutes, once even within 1, so overall time not extremely long. When I came there was always one or two vegan options. Curry delicious, kathi rolls also good. Food not too spicy but has taste.
Came her by recommendation of Indian colleagues, so must be authentic.
They also run a food truck around town, food similarly good even though in truck.

Pros: Food comes shortly after ordered

Cons: A couple of dishes only for lunch

The best Indian I've had in Sweden

I ordered the vegan curry and I was impressed by the size and variety of different flavours and textures that it came with. I will definitely be coming back here when I am next in Stockholm

Pros: Flavourful, Quick, Helpful staff

Cons: A little cramped
