Healthy meals, vegan-friendly - Edit
The bowls I looked at on the menu seemed to be vegan by default, but you can add various types of protein. The vegan option for protein was a legume mix. I was somewhat surprised they didn't offer tofu or tempeh. But the bowl I got was tasty , and I had enough left over for a 2nd meal.

Lots of vegan options, very helpful wait staff. Food was really good. Great place to go before seeing a movie at the Elmwood.

Fresh Vegan Food - Edit
The vegan food option is Legumes with all humbowls served with brown rice and quinoa or caulifower rice. Scrambowls are served with toasted sweet potatoes, yummy!
