Humbowl is a California-based fast-casual restaurant serving fresh, healthy rice bowls made with organic and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. While we are not an exclusively vegan restaurant, our menu is designed so that most items can easily be made vegan. Just choose one of our plant-based proteins — like Hodo Foods organic tofu or slow-roasted legumes — and your Humbowl will be 100% vegan. The only non-vegan ingredients on our menu are: Chicken, Shrimp, Eggs We do not use any dairy, honey, or other animal-derived ingredients beyond those. To minimize cross-contact, we cook all animal proteins on a separate cooktop using separate spatulas and utensils. That said, we do operate a shared kitchen, and while we’re careful, some risk of cross-contamination exists.
