Everything we ordered was YUMMY. I love love love that they air fry! The salad I ordered was to die for. Honestly, I was shocked at how good it was and it was the highlight of my meal. Had a bit of a fudge up whilst ordering, I wanted to scan the qr code on our table and use the app to order our drinks and mains - well I think my Internet briefly went down during the checkout process and long story short we ordered twice. So, embarrassingly they came out with x2 everything and we had to send half back (which they kindly packed up for us to take home). We ordered our desserts at the self-service terminals and it was infinitely easier. Save yourself time and potential grief and just do that. Everything came out very quickly and the staff were all very friendly. 10/10 would recommend and we shall be returning 💜

Die Bestellung war sehr einfach über ein Touch-Panel wie man es von diversen anderen Fast-Food Ketten kennt. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert und war sehr geschmackvoll. Der Eistee schmeckte leider etwas billig, aber das war nicht schlimm. Die Burger haben es definitiv rausgerissen, und deswegen werden wir gerne wieder kommen!

Modernes Burgerrestaurant mit fairen Preisen - Edit
Sehr gute Burger zu fairen Preisen in einem schönen Ambiente. Man kann ganz einfach an Terminals oder über einen QR Code bestellen und unter anderem auch mit Paypal bezahlen. Sehr gutes System und insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

I don't think the comments that Hulala is pricy are true. The food is fresh, good quality. At McD's you dish out 25 euro's for 2 meals and here we ordered 2 burgers, fries and 2 hot chocolates for 32 euro's .... not bad in my book.

It is an amazing experience to taste what they are capable of making being all vegan.

Delicious and delectable dining experience with delightful decor, and definitively accessible ordering options. The bilingual ordering kiosks take all the guesswork out of selecting your menu items, and are wonderful disability accommodations for those with Social Anxiety, some people with Autism who may want to see all menu details and take their time with selections; also great for anyone with dyscalculia who may want to add/subtract menu items, view the running order total, and make more changes, before paying and waiting for their food to be brought out. I ordered the Bravocado burger, grilled street corn, and Dejavu Sprizz, and found when I sat down at my chosen window seat that each table has a QR code enabling you to use your smart phone and order from the table as well! Hulala 1, Social Anxiety 0! The meal was fantastic; my taste buds were so happy 😊 (loved the “bacon”!). It was so good, I had to order the mini donuts with caramel sauce and a hot chocolate to-go. The staff is friendly, patient, and gracious. The ambient music wasn’t too loud, and I felt relaxed in the cheery atmosphere. I live thousands of miles away, but have marked Hulala as a must-visit whenever I am able to travel to the area again!

Die Burger sind lecker und das gesamte Angebot vegan. Alles war schnell am Tisch. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehe skandinavisch mit warmen Tönen. Die Eistees sind teilweise sehr geschmackvoll, mir persönlich zu intensiv. Auf den Toiletten wären Hygieneprodukte für Damen wünschenswert. An sich ein toller Laden, wenn man schön vegan „schnell“ essen möchte. Dennoch ist das Bestellen über die großen Tablet-Aufsteller/mit QR sehr unpersönlich und dafür der Preis beachtlich. Außerdem könnte die Burger-Auswahl ein bisschen vielfältiger sein. Alles in allem dennoch zu empfehlen, wenn man mal „einfach essen gehen“ möchte.

Huge salad. Otherwise just fast food (I'm not that into burgers, but the salad is good. Next time I'll try the desserts).
Very exemplary: You can individualize your food during the ordering process. You can select / deselect ingredients.
Pleasant, simple process for ordering (No cash payment. Creditcard, Google Pay oder Paypal. Ordering at one of the self-service terminals or at your table with QR code. I like the last option very much)
Seating: Pleanty of seating.
Parking: There are parking garages nearby (Expensive, but it is Düsseldorf-City)

Fazit: Wow bin begeistert! Ich war spontan mit einer Freundin da und wir waren beide sehr positiv überrascht. Urlaubs Feeling war da und kam mir teilweise echt vor wie im Urlaub. Zum Essen kamen wir leider nicht, da kein Hunger (2. Besuch is coming), aber Getränke waren Top. Erst was softes und dann Cocktails Probiert.
Insgesamt wirklich nur zu empfehlen und ein 2. Besuch ist sicher.

Wie schön mal nicht darauf achten zu zu müssen, welches Gericht vegan ist - alle sind es bei Hulala😄Bestellen und bezahlen kann man unkompliziert am Tisch über QR-Code oder bei den Kiosken/Bestelltafeln. Wer auf Burger steht, wird Hulala mögen. Der Salat war knackig, die Pommes schön cross. Mir persönlich hat nur die Möglichkeit gefehlt "brotlos" zu bestellen.
