Great vegan options, good atmosphere and reasonable prices

I shared the hummus with pitas and crudite, then had a cup of potato lentil soup and a bowl with brown rice, kale and other sautéed veggies and tofu. I know, too much food, but it was all great! Then, later that night, the owner texted me to say she had found my wallet when they were cleaning up. The restaurant was closed the next day but she arranged to meet me the next morning since I was leaving town that day. Way to go the extra mile!

Pros: Several good vegan choices, Great service, Reasonable prices

edible but not worth it

The food was edible, but super boring. My husband got a burrito, and the flavors were just strange. They use chocolate in their ranchero sauce, which threw off the balance of the taste. I got the falafel wrap because they don't offer a dairy free cheese so the option I actually wanted (tempeh sandwich) wouldn't work without the Swiss. My mother in law got the blue plate special and really enjoyed it, it was a mushroom risotto type thing. I wouldn't eat there again, but I could see how if I wanted fried chicken and pimento cheese, it'd be a good option since that's what they specialize in.

Cons: no vegan cheese

Easy, Consistent and Fun

We've been here a couple times now after moving to Asheville. Extensive and varied menu offers several veg options. Service is accommodating. It's an order at the counter place and they bring it to your table. Coffee is really tasty!

Pros: Easy Food, Good location
