Food coma alert in Veggie Heaven - Edit
The waitresses carry tshirts with “welcome to veggie heaven” printed on their backs and i quite agree; because surely heaven too would include a VEGAN all you can eat buffet.

Don't miss it! - Edit
We tried to go there for dinner but it was completely full, so we decided to try again the day after for lunch and it was definitely a good idea! Everything in the buffet was vegan and delicious. You can choose between variety of dishes. They have desserts that are not included in the price . Beautiful view of the city and cozy garden.

Best vegan cafe ever - Edit
Hermans is the best vegan cafe I’ve ever been to! Great selections of pasta, salad, hummus, bread, roasted veggies, lasagna and more. Also got a really great view near the waterfront. Desserts are extra, not included in the buffet price. I would give it a 6 Star if I could!

Student discount and amazing food! - Edit
This was hands down the best vegan buffet I’ve ever had, made even better by the fact that it’s 50% off with a valid student card!! The unlimited teas were equally incredible and spending a bit extra to buy a dessert was also 100% worth it (you can even get it to take away if you’re like me and stuff yourself at the buffet so can’t eat it at the restaurant)

amazing food, friendly staff, brilliant concept - Edit
You go there and pay roughly 14GBP and you can eat as much as you want at their vegan buffet. The staff are really friendly and the entire restaurant reminds more of your friends living room than a restaurant. You get coffee and tea with your meal free or you pay for Softdrinks. Quality of the food is nothing less than spectacular.

Vegan experience - Edit
Truly an experience for any vegan. Soo good and soo much to choose from! A bit pricy (but discount for students :D), otherwise the only downsides are a guaranteed food coma and the high demand on this place.

favourite one in Stockholm - Edit
Central location with lovely view on the harbour. 200 swedish crowns for an all you can eat buffet, with fresh cooked delicious meals, coffee and tea included, juices, and also friendly staff. Better book a table if you wanna be sure to have a seat, the place is popular as the food is really good. All my non vegan friends that i brought here loved the food. Definitely a must go.

A nice experience, but too expensive - Edit
Herman's has changed over the years, they are finally vegan. The "main attractions" are three - their buffet, their grill (during summer) and their dessert table.
Read moreThe buffet is very overpriced, especially considering it's not organic, but it's nice to now and then choose from their wide selection of salads, their four dishes and other condiments that are accompanied by fresh bread. The taste is what you can expect from buffet food that's produced en masse, sometimes too bland, but most often quite all right. If only they didn't charge so much for it.
The dessert table is a nice attraction as well, the prices are yet again painfully high, but the assortment is not the run-of-the-mill kind and quality is fairly OK, which isn't very common for vegan desserts. Again you get the feeling of someone making it in their home kitchen, it's not a gourmet experience.
For the longest of times they used non-vegetarian cheese but still called themselves a vegetarian restaurant, and when the staff were confronted with that some turned VERY aggressive and deleted every review posted about it, but I guess it pays to persist - they're vegan now. The staff is not as rude anymore either, fortunately, although not particularly nice either.
Pros: Wide selection of salads, Nice dessert table, Varying themes on the dishes
Cons: Very expensive, Not organic, Historically - bad behaviour

Bland Buffet food - Edit
I wasn't excited by the bland buffet. While it had some nice salad and raw options, the lasagna was soggy and over cooked. Over all it was pricey considering drinks and dessert weren't included and the range of food on offer. It was functional but not comfortable seating with limited space, people practically on top of each other jammed in.

Cons: Expensive, uninsipred and bland range of food on offer, uncomortable atmosphere

Awesome view! And food - Edit
Studying in Sweden, I ate here a few times during lunch hour. They have an amazing variety of vegan dishes (also raw dishes!). The only 'negative' thing I can add is that it is so popular, that at least during lunch time (work days), you can hardly go there to have a relaxed lunch, there are just too many people! But the view from there is amazing! I can only recommend this place!

Luke warm, average but lots of variety - Edit
I think you pay a lot for the view here... unfortunately we didn't book and got sat in a room without a view even on a Monday. Food wise... there was a great variety of salads and several hot options but really the individual dishes were barely above average for taste and they were all only luke warm. You have to pay extra for drinks unless you just want water and the desserts all had individual prices on them behind the glass so we didn't enquire about them.

Cons: luke warm, expensive (pay for the view, may not get one), food not a high quality

Expensive as hell but worth it! - Edit
I visited this place with an idea of a cheap buffet as a fair option for a non swedish tourist. But no, it is a very elegant restaurant with fancy food and very eyepleasing view of the bay. It is still a all you can eat buffet but very expensive. Nontheless it is wort of paying it. The food is very uncommon and with many options, e.g. "vegan herring", with wide selection of pukka and yogi teas, and elaborated desserts, all included.

Don't miss out - Edit
I had the best dinner in Stockholm at this wonderful place near Fotografiska. The buffet idea is great, there is no queuing with food on trays; everyone can take their time, stay as long as desired and have all-you-can-eat delicious fare (all vegan). The music is just right, both soothing and entertaining, and the view over the harbour is unmatched. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Also the décor is warm and inviting, like a traditional bistro in a thick-walled house, with some Asian accents - great, because I don't like the "sterile" type of vegan restaurant. It should be a pleasure to eat out and Hermans certainly provides that in every way.

great value friendly staff - Edit
This was my favourite vegan eatry in Stockholm. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's also nut allergy friendly and the staff are helpful in showing you what has nuts. The food is good and I like how there is some mock meat options and not just tofu, the mince was like actual mince it was crazy. The view is awesome too - overlooking the harbour and at night it's particularly special. Good value and good selection in the buffet and the desserts are tasty too. Highly recommended !!

Best Vegan joint in Stockholm - Edit
I've been vegan 17 years and been on three continents, 15 countries, and in the 5 days in Stockholm this place was the best. Buffet style's can be hit or miss, Hermans was not a miss. Also the view from the terrace outside is amazing if you are there in the mild weather. I didnt try desserts because I was so full from great buffet, but was told all desserts are vegan. Price was normal for Stockholm. We had to wait in line but luckily not too long. The staff all spoke perfect English as well. I would 100% go back. Plus added bonus smokers couldn't smoke outside on the terrace and ruin non-smokers fresh air.
