Great community place - Edit
A great community hub for trying out all sorts of body movement techniques, from yoga to martial arts. The cafe has quality food and coffee, great to visit even if you don't want to train! Friendly atmosphere and team, ready to chat about anything and give local recommendations.

A wholeheartedly wonderful place to spend time/eat nutritious food/move your body - Edit
I can’t say enough about this place, I wish I could shout about it from the rooftops because it hasn’t yet received the attention it deserves. From the outside it is a very unassuming little place, until you walk in and sit down in their garden, taste their delicious and nutritious food, listen to their incredible teachers supporting people to move their bodies (martial arts and yoga) with such a deeply intuitive and holistic mindset. We sat and spoke with one of the co-owners for a long time and he was a deeply insightful human being, along with his co-owner who was also wonderful. Their dog is also so beautiful. I don’t have enough words to express how much we loved it only that I wish we had more time to experience it for longer, and take some of their classes.

Vegetarian café linked to gym - Edit
Owners are lovely and run yoga/martial arts classes in gym linked to café. Lots of vegan options including oat milk for coffee (although costs $1 extra for this), smoothie bowls and toast with toppings. Adorable friendly dog roaming around too!
