Read moreThe menu is interesting, full of mediterranean delicacies and I was so conflicted to choose between all the wraps as they all sound delicious:
Spicy Shroom & Caramelized Onion Wrap, Teriyaki Tempeh Wrap, Falafel Wrap, Lentil Balls Wrap, Eggplant & Feta Wrap, Zucchini & Goat Cheese Wrap.
I opted for a falafel wrap and it was delicious and HUGE, I'll definetely going back to try more wraps !

I think we can all give 5* ratings out too often and it then becomes difficult to express when something or somewhere is truly truly exceptional. This is one of the times where I wish I could give a 6th star to show quite how good this place is.
Read moreFirstly, the eatery is in a large house with a lovely front garden down a quiet side road. It is such a beautiful and tranquil setting. There is also a very sweet dog there who loves some pats and scratches. The service from the owner was friendly, warm and professional. We were provided complimentary water infused with fruit/veg which was regularly topped back up for us.
The food was AMAZING. The tempeh breakfast hash and honestly you could really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients - the price point is justified! Truly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long while. The peanut and ginger tofu broccoli bowl was also excellent in flavours and textures - my only possible comment would be a little more sauce would be welcome!
Wish we had had time to go back again and try more from them. An absolute MUST if you are in Siem Reap.

Beim ersten Versuch eines Besuchs gab es leider keinen Platz mehr. Es gibt aber leider auch nur ein paar Tische. Wir wollten es aber unbedingt testen. Wir kamen zwei Tage später nochmal und fanden einen Platz. Bei diesem Besuch wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an veganen Gerichten mit Proteinen. Wir hatten einmal den Tempeh & Crispy Rice Salad und den Teriyaki Tempeh Wrap. Beides hat fantastisch geschmeckt. Der Mix aus Sauer, Süß und bitter mit knusprigem Reis hat mir sehr gut gefallen bei dem Salat. Die Bedienungen waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Man bekommt kostenlos Wasser mit Zitronengeschmack. Leider kann man nur bar bezahlen, das ist etwas schade.

An adventure in creative vegan/vegetarian cuisine - Edit
An assortment of “complete” proteins gives the diner a choice of tastes in Siem Reap. Most local menus feature just one or two proteins, mostly tofu. Here the choices are tempeh, broad beans and quinoa in various combinations. Just reading the menu inspires me to walk over and grab a bite. If you only have one day in Siem Reap, I suggest you visit Ojas.

Read moreOjas is super close to town but away from the noise of the centre. The garden is a breezy haven. The owners are the loveliest, most caring people. The food is out of this world. The menu is exciting and inspiring, as are the flavour and texture combinations, created with nutrition and even Ayurvedic principles in mind. Overall a delightful experience, a feast for the body, eyes and soul. Just go there! #Veganuary
