super delicious, nice ambience - Edit
There was a small but fine menu, with several vegan dishes, and some vegetarian dishes had vegan options. They also serve a vegan breakfast, which isn't easy to find in Split. We tried several dishes and found them all delicious. The location is also very nice, and the staff super friendly.

Would not recommend - Edit
I recently dined here with hopes of enjoying a good vegan meal, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. While they don’t offer dedicated vegan dishes, they do provide the option of making some meals vegan by omitting certain ingredients. I opted for the korma curry, but sadly, the dish was quite underwhelming. The flavor was mostly just salty, and the vegetable mix was dominated by potatoes and bell peppers, which didn’t offer much variety or taste.
Read moreThe staff were friendly and seemed to be doing their best, but there was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm, which impacted the overall atmosphere. The seating also left something to be desired, as our table was tilted and the chairs were quite hard, making it uncomfortable to sit for long.
While it’s clear they are trying to accommodate different dietary preferences, this restaurant may not be the best choice for vegans seeking flavorful, satisfying options. I appreciate the effort, but there’s room for improvement in both the menu and the dining experience.
Pros: trying to accommodate different dietary preference
Cons: Taste, Variety, Price

Absolutely Delightful - Edit
I was here twice. Both times the service was incredibly warm and friendly. Their vegan Cauliflower, Pistachio and Couscous salad is divine. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was good - Edit
After checkout of our place, we had some time to kill so we had breakfast here in the outdoor courtyard. Nice portion size and good veggie options. We were pleased with what we got, a bit pricey but nice location and options.

A bit disappointing - Edit
I went there because of the good reviews but was a bit disappointed. I had the breakfast burrito and it was too spicy for my taste and did not really impress me in general. 14 Euros for the Burrito was also quite pricey. Thr staff was nice though, and it‘s a cute place.

Amazing food - Edit
Delicious food we came for breakfast and I got the breakfast burrito which can be made vegan. It was very tasty and reasonable priced we got two burritos a cherry cocktail which was amazing and a beer and it came to £37 which was worth it in our opinion. Would recommend to any vegans coming to split!

Great customer service and delicious food! - Edit
Although there are not lots of vegan options on the menu, the staff are extremely attentive to dietary needs and will happily talk through the menu with you and what dishes can be made vegan.
Read moreI got roasted vegetables, which didn’t sound very exciting but was delicious! The waiter even checked before serving if I wanted honey on it or not so they are very aware of vegan requirements!

Multiple veggie options which is a dream but great for both meat eaters & veggies alike. Highly recommend. I had the vegetable curry which was delicious and my partner had the beef burger which he said was really tasty.

Had a lovely breakfast in Split - Edit
Beautiful seating space in a prime location. We loved the things off the breakfast menu. But a lot of it is eggs, so really delicious ovo dishes for vegetarians, but vegans have to request optional adjustment.
Read moreWarm and fresh, with friendly staff and quick service, so no complaints here!
I would say the whole menu is mostly vegetarian and vegan, or at least optional vegan.
Pros: Perfect atmosphere , Yummy breakfast dishes , Mainly vegetarian

Good food and service - Edit
For a late afternoon dinner I had the roasted vegetables. It was very tasty. There was a misunderstanding when the owner came to bring me water and the server thought he had taken my order. So no one helped me for a while. Once I told them that I was waiting they bent over backwards to accommodate me. They gave me a free tumeric latte and then brought out a free dessert later. Two days later I went back and had a breakfast burrito. It was tasty but once you took out the eggs it was mostly potatoes inside. I'm not much of a potato burrito person.

Absolutely beautiful location in Split - Edit
The beautiful restaurant awaits you in the inner courtyard in the middle of the small streets of Split. The setting is a dream. The food is beautifully prepared and the waitresses are extremely friendly and attentive. Another filling main course would be desirable, as in the end there are only grilled vegetables and potato side dishes.

Best hummus I’ve ever had! A really kind and helpful staff with a handful of vegan options. The roasted vegetables were delicious. I was also able to get an iced (!) oat milk latte here. A good place if you’re traveling with omnivores - everyone loved what they ate.

Nice simple food - Edit
Clearly labelled vegan options on menu, with options to modify items to become vegan also. Not many options, I had the Chimichurri Potatoes, which were actually more like loaded fries. It was covered in garlic butter, which was very strong and rich. Was tasty and filling, but not really a complete meal. The cocktail menu was nice.

Good portion sizes - Edit
We came to Fig for breakfast. I ordered the vegan breakfast burrito and my partner ordered the veggie spicy eggs, and said they weren’t very spicy. Fillings for both looked very similar. As with all food in Split, it was expensive. The menu does not state oat milk, only almond and soya, but when asked they had it so be sure to ask for oat!

I had the sweet potato fries, they were okay but way over priced (€10.50) and my wife had the roasted veggies (€15.00). They weren’t roasted and tasted awful, everything tasted the same.

Great location & food - Edit
We went for breakfast and sat outside which was really nice and very pretty. It was very accommodating. Most meals were not vegan but had a little symbol to show that a vegan option was available. I had guac and roasted tomatoes on toast. The staff were very nice too - they accidentally put egg on my meal but quickly made another one without the egg and even took it off the bill unasked. It is also in Diocletian's Palace which is a lovely location.
