We assume this venue hasn't been open very long as they don't have many reviews on Happy Cow or Google yet, so perhaps they're still finding their feet

They only have bench seating. When we walked in there was no obvious menu, i just grabbed one off the nearby bench. They had about 4 pizza options, 2 panini options and 3 antipasti type options, however two of the pizza options we were told were unavailable.
They had the 2 types of panini pre made and in their cabinet, so we just got one of each.
One was avocado, tomato and mozzarella. There wasn't much flavour. No salt or anything. Good texture mozzarella though.
The other was like a ham, blue cheese and cabbage. The blue cheese was really good but it was pretty much the only thing you could taste.
The bread on both were dry and didn't seem that fresh
Overall they were fine, they weren't bad by any stretch and I can see heaps of potential of the type of food they're offering, maybe just needs more seasoning or ingredients to bring out more flavour
There was also no music or anything and we were the only people in there other than the one man standing behind the counter so it was really quiet and we felt a bit awkward to talk
As I said it seems they are still getting themselves established so I hope over time they can make some minor adjustments and I hope they are able to find some success with their potential!

We went there for lunch and we had 2 different sandwiches with pear and figs and the cheese plate with some sliced "cured meats" and sun dried tomatos and artichoke.

After 8 years I finally had a taste of real cheeze, reminded me of my cheeze obsession back in the day. I missions to get the charcuterie board and ate it at the Spanish steps. Such an unforgettable experience! Recommended!!

If you're a vegan in Rome - this is a must. Huge variety of cheeses and hams, oustanding service, clean place with a great vibe. The worker/owner (not sure) was the kindest, translated all of the menu for us, gave us recommendations and was so so welcoming. We took 2 sandwiches and some goodies from the delli, everything was absolutely delicious. I could not recommend this place enough 🌿🌿

This was without a doubt, the best Breakfast I had in a while. The Bluechees Baguette and the Focaccia Ham Sandwich was perfect. The right amount of sweet, sour and umami.

I visited Fermaggio Store and took away 5 of their best cheese products, according to staff advices. All of them are amazing and can be ate in all desired ways (spread, whole, etc). I would like try other products, so i will plan to come back there as soon as possible.

Some of the best vegan cheese you can try! They have a lot of types (my favourites are the Brie and Blue types) you can buy both by weight or prepackaged. They also sell sandwiches and filled focacce, some salads and sweets a few specialty grocery items (tempeh etc.). The workers are extremely kind and clearly passionate about the project
