Chickpea Wrap - Edit
The chickpea wrap was the only vegan, non-breakfast item I found in this machine. It was pretty good. Lettuce was a little wilty and the wrap could have used a sprinkle of salt for my tastebuds. But it was very good and I’d buy it again.

Great vegan option - Edit
The burrito bowl was actually really flavorful and had wholesome ingredients including brown rice, quinoa, corn, beans, pico, and guacamole. Everything is served cold, but was still good.

Good option at the airport - Edit
MSP doesn’t have much in the way of vegan friendly menus and terminal 2 is particular void of options. The Farmers Fridge was a good choice, nothing thrilling, but it did have options and clearly labeled ingredients. Multiple locations throughout the airport. Tricky to find but list is on the airport website.

Health food vending machine! - Edit
So many great options for vegans and vegetarians that is stocked daily with fresh greens and whole food items. All are refrigerated and very affordable. They are easy to take with you on the plane, and their vending machines also offer a place to recycle the containers as well. What’s not to love!
