Poor labeling - Edit
I gotta Just egg with vegan cheese flatbread, plus a coffee. Both are fine.
Read moreOne thing that I did not like was the lack of labeling. The flatbread sandwich was listed as vegetarian, though according to my search on the Internet, it seemed to have all vegan ingredients. Even so, for a place list on Happycow, the labeling should be clearer.

Labeling needs to be better at most coffee shops, Caribou Coffee included. Lavender Honey Espresso with Oat Milk was great.

Last time I flew through MSP I was not hungry, but regretted not trying this just egg sandwich anyways lol Glad to be back and finally have another chance to try it as it is a solid vegan airport choice in my humble opinion!
