Last time I flew through MSP I was not hungry, but regretted not trying this just egg sandwich anyways lol Glad to be back and finally have another chance to try it as it is a solid vegan airport choice in my humble opinion!

The Just Egg flatbread really hit the spot for a small meal before our flight and pretty tasty. I also grabbed an iced matcha lavender with almond milk.
