Vegetarian restaurant located inside the Montreal Biodome. Serves sorbet, desserts, chips, corn dogs, salads and more, some of which are vegan and others that could possibly be made vegan upon request. Has vegan milks. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-6:00pm.

So impressed! - Edit
Really cool to have an exclusively veggie cafe in the Biodôme! Helps add to the sustainability mindset for sure. Everything was clearly labeled with allergens/ingredients with recipe binders on the counter to see more details. I got the tofu Cesar salad wrap and it was delicious- would return!

Ok - Edit
Happy to see so many vegan options around.
Read moreIs it definitely more expensive than usual and the food won’t blow you away, but it’s a nice option for a quick food before visiting the Olympic area in Montreal.
Nothing really blown us away, but we tried the some sandwiches and wraps.

99% Vegan. Fantastic Burrito - Edit
They offer cow milk as a choice with coffee. Otherwise this is 100% vegan. The breakfast burrito is the best I have ever had, even in comparison with non-vegan burritos. The vegan egg is tender and the vegan cheese/peppers/spinach is luxuriously rich. Tastes like piquillo peppers, but not sure. Not spicy at all.
Read moreI also had a croissant, which was gorgeous but a little dry by the time I ate it an hour after I bought it. I also got a BBQ sandwich which was also delicious. It is made of seasoned tofu on a ciabatta bun. Texture was just right, tofu was not mushy and not overly firm either. I also had a mocha-type coffee which was ok, but too mild. It tasted like they use tap water because the coffee flavor was so subdued. But overall, a great experience.

Pretty good experience - Edit
I don't exactly support the Biodôme, but I visited the Planetarium today and this was the closest veggie restaurant I could find. No need to buy a ticket to the Biodôme to eat here. There is a small vegetarian cafe (also called Espace Vego) inside the Planetarium, but they mostly sell pastries, so I decided to come here. Plus, I love Resto Vego.
Read moreThe restaurant is a cafeteria style place with sandwiches, ready to go meals, chips, drinks, sweets and a small hot bar. It is not self service/by weight like Resto Vego on Saint Denis. The food was quite good and it deserves 4 stars, but don't expect Resto Vego quality. Everything at the hot bar was vegan except for the lasagna. The menu is always changing: today they offered meatballs, potatoes, garlic spaghetti, lasagna and fried rice. There is a large seating area outside the restaurant.
Overall it was a good experience, props to Espace Pour La Vie for going veggie!
