A must when visiting Montreal - Edit
Customer service was great, very nice staff. A nice assortment of flavours for vegans. My vegetarian husband ordered the waffle cone, but had trouble finishing it. The portions are larger than we expected. I had an apple crumble. Delicious. Will definitely be on our list when visiting Montreal again.

They always have a vegan vanilla and then also another vegan flavour base. They have lots of vegan topping and sundae options including an amazing Vegan Tiramisu icecream. Definintely worth the walk over from the Botanical Gardens if you are in the area.

Hoche Glace has sooo many vegan options! I had chocolate-vanilla soft serve, coated in dark chocolate with sprinkles. I ordered the large and it was huge, I probably should have ordered medium. Nevertheless, it was great!

I went in a bit confused by the menu and the ordering system, and the staff really came through in explaining everything and helping me place a delicious order. I’d highly recommend the Oreo and raspberry! Smooth, tasty and with both sour and rich notes. Also, the medium size is HUGE.

On fait un détour, de Laval a Hoché Glace parce que depuis qu'on a découvert l'endroit, on a aussi découvert LA meilleure crème glacée molle et végane de tout le Canada probablement. On aime aussi beaucoup leur tourbillon qui se fait végane aussi. J'ai pris un tourbillon Tiramisu. Miam!

Best soft serve ever!! I had the vanilla & strawberry hibiscus swirl soft serve in a waffle cone which was heavenly. They have new flavors all the time, be sure to ask for those.

Wow so many original choices! All vegan options are clearly labeled and there are many. Not in the center of Montreal, but definitely worth the trip. I had the apple crumble tourbillon and it was delicious. There were some chunks of apple crumble inside the ice cream and also a piece of apple crumble on the top. It was perfect 👌🏻.

SOOOO MANY OPTIONS!! They can make anything vegan (shakes, blizzards, sundaes) and actually have lots of options for toppings and dips. It is a little on the pricey side but worth every single penny (plus portions are rather big). Personal favorites : coco & salted caramel shake or chocolate nice cream cone

This is some of the best vegan ice cream I've ever tried! I love that it's not too sweet and it's also creamy, flavorful, and satisfying as ice cream should be. The menu is only in french, though the staff speak english. I really liked their vanilla vegan soft serve or "molle." Try it with the raspberry sauce and crushed oreos! It is so good! Alternatively, you can have it in a cone and then dipped in chocolate. Or do what I did and keep coming back so you can have both!

I can't recommend this place enough if you're in the area. So, so good!

Finally, somewhere to grab a little sumthin' sumthin' on the east side! Good ice cream, price is reasonable, and it's a nice little walk from the nearest metro. More selection would be nice, maybe in the near futur😄
