All-vegan eatery. Offers mostly burgers, sandwiches and hot dogs, but some dishes contain tofu or seitan & rice or vegetables. Also has a few frozen goods you can buy such as gyozas, seitan, spring rolls, and onion rings. Custom made cakes for special events are available for pre-order. Open Mon-Thu 1:00pm-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 1:00pm-9:00pm, Sun 1:00pm-8:00pm.

Pedimos o completo de 24cm e foi excelente.
O preço é bem justo pelo tamanho.
Pedimos também a cheescake de Oreo e a torta amor que estavam divinos.
Tudo isso mais um suco de abacaxi ficou 22.000 pesos já com a propina.

In Santiago there are several vegan places that offer a daily menu or hotdogs/burgers. Their offer is quite simple, but generous and it works for a quick meal. Among many, I think that El Vegan is one of the most pleasant, for the atmosphere, the quality of the food and the staff.

The menu was varied with both burgers and a range of rice, tofu and seitan dishes and salad so there is something for everyone. The drinks were nice, the service was good and the food is all prepared fresh. It isn't my favourite spot in Santiago but it's a solid option for nice, good value food.

Visiting from the USA and found this on happy cow. It did not disappoint. We had crispy tofu with Cole slaw which was simple but amazing!! Also the loaded fries and traditional completos were a hit with the whole family including our 6 year old.

Me encanta Seitan Saltado - Edit
I’ve eaten here 3 times while in Santiago. It was a convenient location for me. They have Stella Artois on tap. And a Pisco sour on the menu. Their homemade seitan is delicious! I liked it in the Saltado the most. I also had the Vurger Italiana (a lot of food) and the Mongoliano (OK).
