No venía hace muchos años al katako y recuerdo que me gustaba mucho, pero al volver después de casi dos años, mi experiencia no fue tan buena. Recuerdo que el milkshake de mango era buenísimo y esta vez estaba tibio y el porte del vaso se achicó considerablemente para haber aumentado el precio del producto. La chorrillana estaba ok, pero el precio es excesivo en comparación a otros lugares. Pedí una cocada y costaba 1690, quedé en shock porque era súper pequeña y no me imaginé que iba a costar eso. La torta de 3 leches era buenísima, volvería muchas veces solo por esa torta.

Había tenido malas experiencias en katako en sus ubicaciones anteriores (relacionadas con la atención) y ahora me fui gratamente sorprendida. Atienden súper bien, la chorrillana que me comí estaba increíble y contundente y todos los tragos estaban maravillosos, creo que me tomé el mejor mojito de mi vida 💖 sigan así!

The pizza I ordered was nothing special sadly, but I still wasn’t disappointed. My partner took wrap and it tasted amazingly!

Comi uma chorrillana, um drink Terremoto (bem tradicional na região e difícil de achar vegano por ter sorvete de abacaxi) e uma sobremesa de maracujá. Estavam sensacionais. Chegaram muito rápido. Amazing vegan food - Edit
I looove this place! I try to come whenever I am in Santiago. Today we had the falafel and tofu starters and shared a wrap with “mechada”(pulled meat). It was so tasty and tender, perfect evening meal. I had a cocktail with gin called Venus, it was quite nice too. Fully recommend!

We tried the Japonesa salad, onion rings, and el mostro burger. All were excellent! The place is located on a Main Street and has indoor and outdoor seating. All of the staff were very friendly. They also have a fully English menu. This was our favorite meal while in Santiago.

De las veces que he ido siempre quedo satisfecha con sus sándwiches y platos en general. Destaco si que antes los sandwiches venian con papitas o aros de cebolla pero ahora de debe pagar un costo extra (entendible igual por la situación actual). A pesar de que los precios han aumentado un poco, la calidad sigue siendo buena.

O restaurante é muito bem localizado e tem mesas internas e externas. Além de gostoso, o horario de funcionamento também é excelente: fica aberto até meia-noite sexta e sabado, salvando os veganos que fazem passeios por Santiago e voltam tarde para a capital.

We stopped here for some nachos and a couple of cocktails, the staff were patient as our Spanish is limited. Both the food and cocktails were great!

We would come back here to try more food for sure!

Katako Veg gave me a plate of refried beans with a couple slices of sautéed seitan and one piece of kale and called it their daily special. Bougie and over priced, the server told me she was vegan, so I tipped her only for her to tell me afterwards she eats a little chicken, or little chickens, not sure which -- either way they're all babies and likely agree with me that calling yourself a vegan while consuming killed animals is a lame and insincere act for losers.
Read moreAsked for water, got a plastic single-serve bottle. The seitan was pretty nice, but over priced and the best thing about the dish was the bottle of tabasco sauce I spotted. Found out when the bill came I was charged extra for the seitan which the server offered as an upsale without mentioning the cost, but what are you to expect from someone willing to lie about being vegan for kudos?
If not my money, I want my high five back.

Had another wonderful #vegan meal in Santiago at @katakovegan. Ordered the meal of the day consisting on beet salad and sealed seitan steak with rice. Silvia has the panko mushroom salad and my friend Sole has the pulled vegan pork sandwich. We finished it off with a mango ice cream shake. Delicious!

A cute little spot with lots of outdoor seating. Staff were friendly and service was good. The food was tasty, mostly variations of burgers/sandwiches. I had the Eruka sandwich with seitan, very tasty 😋 also a frappucino which was lush.

I enjoyed having lunch here. The waiter was super friendly. Flavors were strong, a lot of salt/oil, yet tasty. I would say the prices are cheaper than average in that area of Santiago.
