Delicious vegan churros - Edit
Vegan churros are a rare occurrence as they are normally made with butter, but not El Moro’s, the simple churros without dip are totally vegan and the ones mixed with cinammon and sugar as opposed to only sugar, are the best in my opinion. You can also have a “chocolate de agua” hot or cold, made without milk of any kind but instead made completely with water and it’s truly delicious and even if it was a little too sweet for me, I was totally craving the strong chocolate flavor. “Chocolate de agua” is traditional from Oaxaca so it’s not so weird in Mexico even if it’s different from what it’s normally expected of a chocolate beverage / cocoa. There’s also a glass of non dairy milk offered in the menu if you wish a more neutral beverage to eat your churros with.

Good churros - Edit
They were very deli, nice sugar cinnamon mix and the place is clean. Very affordable for a lot of them. It was $36 pesos for 4 long pieces. Missing one star because they could have been fresher, but they still were really good.

Hot vegan churros. What's not to like? - Edit
I was in churro bliss for several hours afterward. Or maybe it was the sugar. Either way - the churros are made fresh, and handed to you still warm. Yum yum.
