A couple vegan options - Edit
According to their nutrition fact sheet, their plain and everything bagels are vegan. I ordered the everything bagel, (no cheese or egg) add beyond beef sausage and avocado. I also had an oatmilk latte. It was very tasty, albeit a bit pricy. They also serve plant based bars by the register.
