Pretty good for a hotel restaurant - Edit
This place has a few vegan items; all that I ordered here was pretty good. However, with most of the items, you need to leave something off to make in vegan.
Read moreFor instance, I got a salad and asked him to leave off the cheese… but I didn’t get a discount from getting a lesser salad. I got a vegan soup, and it came with bread, but the bread was not vegan (again, no discount for the lesser meal).
For breakfast. I had oatmeal one day… again, I had to tell them to leave off the honey. This morning, I got a quinoa bowl for breakfast that was all vegan and thatwas pretty decent.

Loved the avocado toast - Edit
There are 3 labeled vegan items on the breakfast menu. The avocado toast was really good and had a light citrusy taste. The salt flakes added the perfect amount of salt. It’s perfect if you do not eat a big breakfast.

Hotel restaurant comes through!! - Edit
I checked in late and my attempt at uber eats didn’t work out, so I was elated to find that the hotel restaurant had some solid choices!! Went with the mushroom
Read morebruschetta and a side salad that night, then tried the corn soup and tacos for lunch one day too. All very good!

Vegan options! - Edit
Prairie is located inside of the Hyatt Hotel. I was delighted to see that they had some vegan options, such as Impossible burgers, white bean, hummus, and my choice of the night, vegan mushroom tacos. They were delicious.!
