Also has a nutritional yeast/chili flakes mix to put on top. Uses separate vegan utensils. Dine-in or take out. Also serves calzones and offers a make-your-own pizza option. Has a Pay it Forward option where you pay for a slice for yourself AND for someone else and they will offer it to someone in need. Open Mon-Sun 12:00-03:00. Closing time is approximate.

I went there to try their vegan pepperoni pizza but it turns out that currently they have only one vegan option with vegan ricotta. The pizza was good and the slice just huge. Maybe slightly too expensive for the quality (6 euro per slice), but I enjoyed the pizza and would recommend it to everyone.

Not the best pizza I've ever had but it was decent for a quick hot lunch or snack. Ask for the vegan pizza because it's not always on display but they keep it separately. They have additional toppings like nutritional yeast with chili and oregano. The pizza isn't very flavourful without it.

I love difontaines, perfect for when I'm in the mood for a big slice of rich cheesy pizza. The staff are very friendly and good craic at night time when they blast tunes too. They have also recently added a new vegan slice!

I really like the vegan slice, although as the base is quite thick it may not be to everyone’s taste. The vegan cheese is delicious, but it would be nice if they had some more vegan options. I’ve found that the slices don’t travel that well - it’s not the best option to order for delivery, possibly because the slices aren’t freshly made to order.

Yes its more expensive than the rest of the menu (that vegan tax gets you when you least expect it) but there's one reason this is worth it - the 'ricotta'. Never had anything like it except at a pizza joint in New York. Its smooth, creamy and definitely welcomed should you do what I did and eat the pizza right out the oven and burn your mouth! You are also getting a decent if not good deal given the size if you order a whole pizza.

Great pizza slice, vegan chess on it was really tasty. Big slice but even at that €5.50 is pretty expensive for one pizza slice. Good if you're looking for something quick and tasty, would definitely recommend trying it at least once.

The vegan pizza slice here is decent but a little overrated by some people in my opinion. It's nice that the place opens late so you can pop in for a slice but at €5.50 a slice it's pretty expensive. The only vegan slice you can get is cheese, it would be nice to have one with other veg toppings. One bonus is that you can sprinkle on extra herbs and garlic after you get your slice. The place is designed for eating a slice of pizza quickly with limited seating or for take away.

Came across this place as I was drawn to the idea of NY pizza. Not only is it authentic, but the vegan cheese is spectacular, as is the housemade ricotta. Large portions make up for what might seem like an expensive price. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick, delicious bite to eat.

Stopped by here for lunch expecting to eat-in but it was more of a grab-and-go style set-up. Did manage to get a bar seat against the window. I ordered two vegan calzones which had vegan mozzarella style shreds, marinara sauce & the house-made ricotta for €11. My eyes were larger than my stomach as I couldn’t finish my second calzone. Overall, very good for the price, I would definitely recommend it for a quick, inexpensive meal on-the-go.

Not loads of choice for vegans - basically you can get a margarita slice - but it’s big and filling for 5.50, and the cheese is one of the best vegan ones I’ve ever tasted. The pizza is also nice and crispy. Definitely worth it for a quick no-fuss lunch.

They consulted local vegans on what vegan cheese to use and they did a great job.
Really tasty, nice thin crust and whatever toppings you want on a whole pizza.
Great place really recommend!
