It’s nice to try different options sometimes and I think these place has a lot of options! All gf (not all raw, the cornetti and pizzas aren’t), you really feel that ingredients are of high quality and food is well-thought. A little expensive (and you pay more to sit in the upstairs tables)

Tasty vegan and gluten free croissants with a view of the Santa Maria Novella church - Edit
We had cappuccinos and croissants with vegan ricotta and aubergine while looking out at the piazza. Lots of sweets in the display case as well. A perfect end to our stay in Florence, just five minutes from the train station.

I came very late in the day so there wasn’t the full selection of cake options but the tiramisu was delicious. It’s not very big however it’s sweet so it’s enough. Coffee is made with their own almond milk. It was delicious.

5 stars just because a raw vegan café in Piazza Santa Maria Novella seems like an impossibility to me, and yet this café exists since 2021. I tried the gianduiotto (good) and the tiramisu (amazing), plus the coffee is very good. Prices are OK, which is also a plus. I hope I'll come back!

I mean, their raw pistachio cookie is a 10/10. They didn’t charge me that 1€ extra that they put on the counter for orders of less than 7,5€. The only downside is that all tables were left dirty once unoccupied but honestly I didn’t mind that much. Would definitely come back

Alles ist glutenfrei und vegan. Die kleinen Leckereien schmecken wirklich sehr fein. Wir kamen schon etwas später gegen Nachmittag, trotzdem hatten sie noch eine gute Auswahl. Wir würden es in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Es ist einen Besuch wert.

Lots of option! This was especially nice to come by when constantly walking past patisseries that do not have any vegan options. I wasn’t in love with the treats we tried but would go back to try alternatives.
