Having sampled the delights from one of their sister restaurants, I had a fairly decent idea of what to expect from when ordering from here. However, I was sincerely hoping that this venue would be a little more fastidious in expediting the food to my face in a timely manner, but alas, it wasn’t to be. Somewhat thankfully, when the feast did finally arrive, it once again propelled me into a forgiving state of mind. Everything that was fried was incredible. I know this should be a given for anything that has been steeped in boiling fat, but each item had the appropriate texture and, despite the delay, they had miraculously retain their heat. The standouts of this crispy cohort were the palak pokara, the zaatar vada and sabudana vada. Other notable dishes from the slew that enjoyed were the corn bhel and sev batata puri.
