With its diverse offerings and eclectic decor, this place manage something quite extraordinary: it delivered to me a unique breakfast dining experience - no small feat when you consider the frankly absurd amount of these I have frequented of the years.
Deep, rich, umami vegetable soup, unexpectedly fiery Cajun spiced potatoes and addictively moreish vegetable fried rice, the whole ensemble was laced with fantastic flavours and unadulterated quality.
The final master stroke came in the form of the breakfast burrito station, absolutely genius! Of course, having to avoid the non-vegan elements, I essentially just had a regular burrito - a fact that I can’t say I was too sad about.
All this and I had first feared I would feasting solely on fruit and bread as, on an admittedly blurry-eyed initial inspection, available prospects looked bleak. However, once I had guzzled a delightful soya latte, I was able to assess the true worth of the spread.
Nothing about this visit would dissuade me from returning. Thanks to its bold character and stellar execution, it is destination that is firmly entrenched in the pantheon of my preferred haunts.
