Order at the bar. A piano is available for anyone who can play. Reservations available, not necessary for under 3 people. Max table size 8 people, group booking for up to 18 a day in advance. This place is so good, we ate there 3 times in 6 days. The location, atmosphere and overall feel of the Cat Bar is brilliant. It’s filled with quirks, from ceiling to floor, making it a very chilled atmosphere.

It’s a lovely and simpler setup - Walk in, grab a seat, a menu and tick on a sheet what you would like and in what quantities, pay for it, sip your drink and dive into a bite of absolute pleasure.
The food is really well priced, around 10€ per person for a burger and potatas bravas, plus your drinks. The buns are lovely and the quality of the burgers are beautiful.
There’s also a great selection of craft ales, ciders and beers for you to try.

I was in town for a few days and had the opportunity to try the restaurant twice and it was great both of the times.
Read moreFirst of all they have Asturian cidre which is one of my spanish favorites, even though it's on tap and not the traditional bottle poring jugglery.
I had two different burgers, crazy and mexican and both were very pleasant, the bread is fresh and crunchy and the patty very good, works well together.
I also choose the veg tapas standard back in the days, patatas bravas which they made well, the sauce was ok but could maybe have been a bit better

I was so excited when we happened to walk by CatBar as I had heard a lot about it. We split the green burger with patatas bravas and it was sooo yummy. Staff was super nice and spoke English well. Extra points for having craft beer on tap! Probably the only IPA I found in all of Spain.

Went to Cat Bar Cat for a late lunch after hearing great things - was highly impressed. I ordered the Black Cat burger with the patatas bravas, and it was the best burger I’ve ever had. Amazing, amazing food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. This is a must for anyone visiting Barcelona!

Very small place. When we walked in we were ignored by staff who started talking to their friends behind us, eventually we were acknowledged and shown to a table. Small menu but the burgers were very nice. Not bad value for money just the place was a little lacking in atmosphere. I would go back again if in the area.

The only small down side is the door, which remains open often, which is a bit of a nuisance when it's cold and your seated next to it.

As i don’t drink, i cannot be impressed by the selection of tap beers they have, but i guess it’s also a nice thing😄10/10 would visit again

When we arrived no one greeted us or told us where to sit or hand us a menu so we sat on a table for 5 minutes before we approached a girl that worked there. Bit odd. The potatas bravas (cubed Potato chips with sauce) were very good! I had the Champion burger which was good but not the best burger I’ve had in the world. €9 for burger and chips, not bad.

Normally the door person/waiter, or the bar person, will give you the menu, and show you a table, unless you sneak past them,.
Read moreOur customers normally greet the staff when they arrived, having read the sign outside which says "Ask at the bar for a table", or the sign on the end of the bar saying "Please, Wait to be seated", in 3 languages.
At busy times the door is locked from outside, to try to stop people just walking in, and taking any table, the bar is small and often 2 people will take the table for 5, or even a table that is already occupied by people who are tasting the beers at the bar.

The burger and fries were so tasty, they had some nice craft beers which went well with the food. The only negative was when we noticed people who ordered after us had finished their meals before ours arrived, turns out they forgot to put our order through when they weren’t even that busy. Other than that I would recommend anyone go there.
