Read moreMalos platos, muy poco elaborados para lo carísimo que son. El pan duro, las hamburguesas con un sabor muy poco agradable. Si de por si costaba comerlas, ver al cocinero como sin ninguna higiene manipulaba los alimentos fue el colmo.
Para remate, el local está muy sucio, no es agradable comer en un sitio tan poco higiénico.
Nada recomendable si pides un mínimo de nivel y de limpieza.

Read moreYou had 2 homemade grilled Burgers (the details of all the ingredients, of each, are on our webpage, with the % of each ingredient for those who want to make their own at home, served in homemade Bread, which contains 25% sourdough, and the Cactus plate.
The "Champion" is a veggie burger, topped with grilled mushrooms, with homemade Miso veganaise, fresh rucula, tomato and red onions,
and the "Red" is a Spicy Burger, again in homemade bread, with fresh veg and jalapeños.
Both which have been popular for 13 years.
The Cactus Plate has been on the menu a few years, containing Grilled Cactus, tomatoes and onions with fresh avocado, lettuce, and jalapeños.
You had all with double deep fried fresh potatoes (BRAVAS), topped with homemade brava sauce and alioli, still very popular after 16 years so far.
You didn't try any of the 8 local craft beers, sticking to the bottled industrial beer.
Next, it's roach season in Barcelona, and (according to the pest control) due to the lack of cold weather last winter, its worse than usual, and some control chemicals are not working, unfortunately you were visited by an adult American street cockroach, which can climb, then glide, they normally hide from light and noise, unless poisoned, or are looking for a new place to live due to overcrowding,(this one was poisoned as it didn't scuttle, but moved like it was on stilts), this was the 3rd one to get into the bar this year, but there are a lot on the streets, this is why hardly anyone lives on ground level in Barcelona, we try to keep the doors closed.. strangely 16km away in Sant Cugat there are no cockroaches, apparently due to the rock formation below the town.

I couldn’t leave without trying the grilled cactus and I was immediately obsessed. It tasted so good and the tomatoes had such flavour. The tofish and potatoes dish was good too. However, my partner felt his burger was too basic. I would also mention that it felt very cramped in there so it wasn’t the most comfortable. Friendly staff.

Spent a couple of hours in here chatting at the bar and enjoying the vegan craft ales. The owner of the bar is a really nice guy to talk to and makes you feel really welcome.

It’s a great place to chill out in Barcelona , and I’d recommend popping in if you want to have a break from wandering around.

When you exchange cash as a visitor, the cash places give you 50s, but some places don’t carry enough change to regularly break a 50. This is one of those places.
Enjoyed the punk feel, though I probably wouldn’t bring folks that aren’t used to slightly more grungy vibes. I personally enjoyed it.

Once you've adjusted to the cat paraphernalia, the food isn't actually very zany or bold. Have to commend the tofish, though, they did a great job with that, can't lie. The black cat burger was also alright but not so special, felt like a bit of a throwback the dozens and dozens of black bean burgers I've tried as a veggie/vegan over the years when going out. The burger buns for both were quite tough and the patatas bravas on the side were stodgy and soggy. The guest beer I tried was carrot cake. Didn't taste like it at all, so was pretty underwhelmed. Wine came in funny glasses. Just give us wine glasses and don't try be interesting. Prices were appropriate for what we got, fairly generous portions, so fair play. Oh well! Good to go to an all vegan place but I don't think I'd go back here.

My wife and I really liked it … The To- Fish is awesome. But strongly suggest you get it without the Bread 🍞, as it can over power the taste of the To-fish … and if you get the cactus 🌵, ask to have the catsup on the side… also know once you find a table … you will need to go up to the bar to order 🤔
