A collaboration between Prashad veg Indian restaurant and the Sparrow pub from Bradford, this is a craft beer bar that serves Indian street food. Small snacks, entrees, appetizers, soups. Casual atmosphere. Plenty of seats. The decor is rustic with recycled wooden doors covering the walls. Kitchen stops 2 hours before closing. Open Mon-Thu 12:00-21:30, Fri-Sat 12:00-22:00, Sun 12:00-20:00.

Very nice bhaji, sauces, breads - felt healthy too. We had the vegan combo for 2, plus 2 extra plates as there were 3 of us. Extra plates were paratha / thepla and khakri (cuumber as a pickle). Good pictures of the dishes on their website as well. Good value, 3 of us ate for £53 including 2 beers. Lots of choices. Unisex loos :)

I am editing this to say I think I’m over bundo now. Tonight’s feast felt a bit meh and too saltie. Ten years plus of a good thing can get too much I reckon. Bored of menu now, even though I haven’t been for 18 months.

Small but filling servings. The Aloo Daal had a superb soft and crumchy texture with a beautiful mild green chilli chutney sauce.

We ordered the vegan combo for 2 as we didn’t know what to order from the menu with so much vegan choice. All of the food tasted great, as did the refreshing mocktail.

Such a fantastic extensive menu with so many options. Went with a meat eater but they didn't miss the meat! Christmas menu was a treat- sprout bhajis anyone?? Beer was also spot on.

More than 50% vegan options on the vegetarian menu. Informal relaxed atmosphere, perfect for dining alone or as a group. I had the express lunch menu £9 for two options. I had bahjis and Dahl- both good. Plenty of spice, as I like it!

Took my husband as was back in Leeds for a concert. He loved it too! We were so hungry and all looked good so had the Vegan Combo. Great choice as got to sample lots of dishes. Husband loved all the beer options. Lovely vibe and super friendly staff. Will definitely be back 😍

I have now visited every Bundo in the country and can say the original is the best. The staff are so friendly and lovely here, the food is amazing and so are the vibes and music. I always order the Chole Saag it is a must at Bundo. Favourite drinks are the Mango Lopez and the gingerella by Karma Drinks. Reasonably priced and just outside the train station.

I’ve been to the Manchester branch of Bundobust years ago, but this Leeds restaurant is the OG! The vibe is bustling, friendly & relaxed. The food is very very good. Fast & friendly service. Great value!

Nice friendly welcome, really busy at lunchtime so lucky to get a table. Had to order at the bar. We had the Vegan Sharing Combo for 2. Loads of food but lots of variety. Too much for us to eat, so as it was served in cardboard tubs we took some home, so it didn’t go to waste

I had never been to bundobust before so went in completely blind. Got the vegan combo for 2 which included a lot of different dishes (way too many for 2 lol) for the price of £31. The atmosphere inside was a really nice vibe, with super helpful staff too! Would deffo go again!!
