They have my favorite everything bagel in the city. They had 3 types of Tofu cream cheese. I got tofu scallion. It was solid, good texture and flavor though slightly sweet for my taste

The bagels here are massive. They didn’t have pumpernickel everything (my fave), so I tried a whole wheat everything with Tofu scallion. I thought it was way too sweet. Not sure if they add a ton of sugar to just the whole wheat or if the others are this bad. I also didn’t like the cream cheese. Although I appreciated the heavy scallion, I just don’t like tofutti very much.

I love the bagels pads. Usually have a sesame bagel with one of the tofu cream cheeses. I like the veggie one and the scallion one, but the plain one is great as well

This place has tofu cream cheeses—and so do all the bagel shops in NYC. The bagels here are fine, but not better than other bagel shops in town. Other bagel shops in NYC have many more vegan offerings; nothing distinguishes this place as specially suited to vegans.

Brooklyn Bagels has the best bagels in the city, in my opinion. And it's always great to have bagel shops offer non-dairy (tofu-based) cream cheese

When I visit the NYC area, I eat a lot of NY bagels because bagels just are not the same anywhere else! Plus, NYC does vegan cream cheese right, even if it is tofutti based! :)
Read moreI ate at two Brooklyn Bagel locations and really loved the everything with scallion tofu. The bagel was large and fluffy. I wish I would have tried the rainbow bagel, but I'm to addicted to the everything bagel! LOL! Delicious bagel shop, you can't go wrong here. I rate this chain 3.75-4.
