Vegan Fika - Edit
We stopped here after departing a local ferry. There was lots of seating inside (it was deceptively big!)

Nice semla, too much single use stuff - Edit
I had the vegan semla (cream bun), which was served with blueberry jam. It was tasty and generously portioned, and the coffee was good. But I don't live that everything from cups to cutlery is single use. They could have offered proper mugs and cutlery to give a better and more environmentally friendly experience. In stead, they're trying to greenwash their café by focussing on organic and locally produced food.
Read moreThe vegan options were clearly marked, which is a big plus. Nice atmosphere on the harbour front.
Pros: Vegan options clearly marked, Good bun, Nice ambience
Cons: Disposable cups, Disposable cutlery, Disposable "plates" (sheets of baking parchment)

Good - Edit
Clearly marked vegan options. Service was good but I was a bit confused how to get my treat in the end. Seems busy.

Bröd & Salt - Edit
The blueberry vegan option is so delicious I have stopped at several B&S’s. Though, I was informed there is no plain cinnamon vegan option. A lot of the buns say lactose free but they are not vegan, so don’t assume they are! 😉

Go early! - Edit
Unfortunately I only found one type of cookies as a vegan option (which wasn't bad). The waiter told me the other vegan options had run out. It was around 5.30-6pm on a Sunday so it is recommended to go earlier for more chances!

Fantastic vegan kanelbullar - Edit
Best vegan kanelbulle I’ve tried so far here in Stockholm. Also, they gave me three for the price of one because they were about to close. Great service😄

Yummiest cinnamon rolls - Edit
Although not focused on plant based options, their cinnamon rolls are amazing and one of my favourite ones I’ve tried in Stockholm. Great oat lattes too.

Blueberry Scroll - Edit
This cafe fronts the water and is super close to the ferry stop. There was just one vegan option when I was there, (nothing savory sadly) a blueberry scroll (I think). The oat milk coffee was good, but the scroll tasted a bit mass produced. The staff were very friendly, but weren’t so clued up about what’s vegan and didn’t realize that butter wasn’t vegan. So I bought three packets of biscuits with lactose free butter, which my neighbors were grateful for.

Yummy cinnamon buns - Edit
This branch is also a bakery and seems to have larger offer than the other one in Gamla stan - the vegan buns were available both times we went there. Nice place near sea, full of tourists and locals enjoying their fika.
